Giant Eagle Supermarket

Very clean and nicely stocked GE. Produce, meat and seafood looked very good, as did prepared foods. You can get a little bit if everything you need here from fresh meat, seafood, deli, produce, bakery as well as other grocery, convenient prepared food, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc.

They have electric carts available, which is great because it's a big store. They also have a separate room that sells hard liquor, a ton of wines & beers! Plus you can get vaccines here & get a $5 credit for groceries for each injection. If you need a flu shot, you might as well get it here - that's what we do! And you can get FlashFoods here! What a savings!!!

Got chipped ham because we don't have it in Tennessee and was charged some kind of salami at double the price...Look at what you buy!

The Giant Eagle in Sheffield is Horrible small and filthy. This store is worth the extra drive for our shopping needs.

Hands down...THIS was the nicest Giant Eagle that I have ever shopped at in my life! I was a manager for 2 years for Giant Eagle as well! The layout, the fresh produce options, floral, seafood, meats, bakery EVERYTHING was phenomenal! All of the staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful! More than enough open and quick check out lines, I was even graciously offered assistance in carrying out my groceries to my car! I enjoyed my experience and will return to the Avon Lake location!

Decent giant eagle, if walmart doesn't have it we usually come here and they are usually in stock, the aisles are always nice and clean and the produce is always fresh, and they even have a decent sized liquor store too.

I have been shopping at this store 2/3 times a week for a few years. I’ve always enjoyed it, but they have let their true colors show in this last week. All the staff I’ve encountered has been upbeat and helpful the couple times I’ve stopped in this week. Shelves were mostly full. Have always had everything I need.

Stopped in for a few items. Using the riding cart I was able to get everything needed. Had to ask where to find a couple of items but everyone was more than happy to show me which isle making sure I got everything. Since I was riding their cart one helper walked out to my car, loaded my trunk then took the cart back into the building. It was a great experience for me.

We do not frequent this location. We happened to be in the area and stopped in on the way home.
This is by far the nicest giant eagle I have been to. Sure some of them have some fancier looks to them. But this store was clean, had the wide variety you expect. Good sales. Friendly staff. The parking lot had tight spots for most average vehicles. We are in a mini van and it was still snug. But they had practically all registers open and a bagger at each one. No waiting and we were there Saturday before Easter! I am extremely pleased with this location. Will be doing more shopping here. Even if it is out of the way!!

I've been doing curbside pickup from this location for over a year now. I can't say enough about the workers here. They are all very hard workers, very friendly and treat the customers with respect. I have absolutely nothing but praise for each and everyone of them!

I have ordered curbside pickup numerous times at the AL location since March and each time the staff is a pleasure to work with. Kudos to Larry, who I’ve had deliver groceries to my car on several of those visits—he’s always very efficient and incredibly friendly—even when he’s super busy.

I can always find what I want at Giant Eagle and their bakery is always filled with fantastic pastries and cakes...
