Somebody actually greeted me and asked if they could help me when I walked in the door. A completely different experience from home Depot or Lowe's, where I'll spend at least 15 minutes just trying to find the aisle that I need.
At Ace today, the sales associate instantly told me which aisle to go to. It took me about 6 seconds to walk there.
Once I arrived there, I met another gentleman who was also shopping for light bulbs. I showed him my old dead light bulb, and asked if he was able to identify how many watts this LED bulb was.

The guy wasn't even an employee, but he was really helpful! 😎

I found the light bulb I needed for my kitchen, and some really cute Christmas lights for the rest of the house. I was in and out of there and under 10 minutes which would have been impossible at Home Depot or Lowe's. Just a really great experience. What shopping used to be like... I've Missed this.

A top notch hardware store that has enough room to go beyond just the bare bones necessities without being disorientingly large like a Lowe's or Home Depot, etc.

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted and asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for that they could help me find. Super friendly.

It seemed each department you pass has someone offering to assist you. All with a very approachable manner.

It seemed to have all of the bases covered and more as far as the contents of store and what you see on the shelves.

Large selection and great service. Wife went in for caulk and they were very patient and explained the different types. Now for a draft free winter.

I placed my order online and it was ready in 15 minutes. My items was ready at the door and Tim was very nice and helpful. The store was clean and neat. I'd stop by again.

Austin helped me out with a Masterbuilt warranty issue I was battling with for months. He made the whole process super easy and did a great job. Will keep coming back for all my smoker needs thanks to his level of service.

Love this hardware store. Staffers so helpful and nice. They even have pickles! And barbecue sauce! As well as the furnace filter that fits in my furnace, which is a very weird size and a lot of people don't carry it. I love Ace.

Great customer service everytime I stop in. The employees go above and beyond for you. Had an employee carry something to my car because I had a one year old in my arms, It was a tremendous help. I will continue to shop here and will recommend to all my friends and family.

I am a fan of Ace hardware chain stores. Have so many choices on items especially tools. This location is not an exception. Friendly staff. Beautiful layout. I feel like buying all the diverse tools if I had money to do so.

For those of you who seek an alternative to the modern day "hardware store", here you will find friendly sincere knowledgeable help. It's kind of refreshing to go someplace, and the staff knows who you are. Maybe, not by name, but by your face...and your hardware needs. It's small, so you rarely have to walk several miles inside the store, to find what you need. And parking is always available right near the store. Oh, and then there is this, they were the ONLY place that had what I needed to fix my gutters. HD and L did not.

Great parking, knowledgeable and friendly staff, lots of unusual items from decorations, animal to household projects. Overheard them working with an older gentleman, so patient.... close to Giant Eagle, so great for multiple stop shopping!!

While it might take a bit, they can 100% get the Stihl parts you need. Stihl ONLY sells thru dealers, and most dealers close at silly hours like 430pm or earlier. This is a general hardware store, and they're open extended hours. No problems over the phone, or in person.

I always receive the best service from everyone at Ace Hardware. The manager Robert made it a point to let me in just after closing to pickup some things I needed. They have great products at competitive prices.

The staff is very helpful and takes the time to work with customers. I find the service better here than with the large box stores down the road, and the prices comparable. If I can find it or order it here, I will

Alex was able to help me get a key cut for my truck at half the cost of what a dealership would charge. That includes programming it to the vehicle at no additional cost

I have a spray paint addiction and let me tell you this place has all of them! LOL I really love spray paints. It can change and revamp an item in just 5 minutes!
