Went into the Home Depot in "West Cleveland"..the one on W 117th just south of Berea Rd..looking for quantities of different sizes of Wood Screws. I like to work with wood for my outdoor projects..some like to work with brick..or stone..I like to work with wood. Very, very helpful person named "Jim" helped me pick out 3 different boxes..sizes..of Wood Screws..for any future projects. Prices were good for quantity of screws I needed..Will return there if I need more supplies for any project I have. Thank you. Respectfully Glenn

I enjoyed my visit to Home Depot the customer service was great. The employees had positive attitudes and amazing response time. I was also very impressed with organization of the items they were easy to find. Thank you for such an amazing experience I will definitely be coming back!

Decent location. Great selection. One of the better Home Depots I've been to. A guy named Tim at the pro desk was a serious help. Good guy. Made a bad experience better with his expertise. Clean, plenty of parking, but not in the pro area.

Service could've been better but I'm a contractor so it's like being in a toy store for me, I love it

Like any Home Depot, the staff are always nearby and helpful. I could ask any staff member in the isles and ask where a specific item is and they could direct me right there by directions.

Got a tool box from there, a really great one! Employee help us out and choose a great one for a pretty good price. Great staff, nice place. Recommend to come here for your appliance needs!

I had an unwanted guest in my house and I had went to another store to buy some traps but they didn't work. I knew I could only find what I needed there and I did. The old fashioned traps and a little peanut butter did the trick . They have anything you can't find, look know further. Love,love the store

Decent place to get stuff and both times I've been there wasn't much of a wait time.

This store has what I need and I use their website to figure out which aisle has what I need. I try to avoid asking employees where things are because it usually doesn't work out for me.

Today I did order pick up and JOHN was exceptional! Best customer service I have received in a long time. Helped with my project. When I needed additional merchandise he shopped for me and brought it out. Made great recommendations. 10/10 would keep coming back. Thank you good sir for a great experience

Because of work, I come here on a daily basis. They’re a few times that they sold out of some things I needed, but I blame the pandemic for that. But the employees are more than willing to go out of their way to see if another store has it or if ordering it is the best option. So no complaints here

great place I've been going here for about 25 years now... just yesterday i misplaced my debit card and i first thought i left it in the car and the cashier was super helpful and even kept an eye and kept my two toddlers occupied while i ran outside to the parking lot to look in my car for it and she found it in the cart where my youngest was sitting on it...lol sometimes i make up reasons to go here...lmao

As usual they were great. I love going to this location. I needed to get a large item off an upper shelf, and the gentleman helping did so quickly and politely. Also had help loading the box onto my truck.

Best Home Depot In Cleveland. Staff is very knowledgeable and they go the extra mile to get us Pro's in and out as quick as possible.

Customer service was very fast, friendly and efficient. Lines were short. I was able to get in and out very quickly. That was amazing considering I was doing a return. Usually at other stores there attitudes and problems when returning. I was so pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great work Home Depot staff. 😊❤

If I could give more stars i would!! Plenty of employees around if you need help. Store is clean and organized. My boyfriend and I had trouble pricing an accordian door, so the cashier and manager both worked above and beyond to find a price. AND THEN, the manager gave us a discount because we had to wait to check out (EXTREMELY APPRECIATED, but definitely not necessary.) The manager was a younger (20+ to low 30s) I think his name was James. And the cashier was a shorter woman with a knit hat. I can't remember her name ,it was pretty, but can't remember exactly what it was(she actually helped us twice that day with the same project). I want both employees to get credit and recognition for the EXCEPTIONAL customer service we got at this location.
I am from North Olmsted, so I've noticed the employees of most businesses in this area being less than pleasant, presumably because they have to deal with a lot of B.S. that being said, this trip to home Depot was one of the most impressive and memorable experiences with any business. We have shared this great experience with others and will continue to. I hope the employees are identified, recognized, and praised/rewarded for this over-the-top outstanding customer service.

Not half as bad as it used to be. They had everything in stock we needed and the wood isle was stocked well and the cutting cart was almost completely empty and cleaned out. To me that means everyone is doing their jobs. Great improvement since the last time I was there.

It was a little busy due to the nice weather but not crowded. Not a long line to check out either. Jennifer our cashier was so pleasant, she is the reason I will continue to smile all day!

The new employee Patrick B was very friendly and helpful. Home depot needs to hire more fine specimen such as himself. Great job Patrick! And home depot for finding such a great asset to be apart of your stuff!
