What a fantastic vehicle purchasing experience I had with Ganley Buick GMC thanks to Steve Lyons. I spent more than nine months looking for a very specific truck and deal and could not find it. However, on Christmas Day 2023, after all the presents were opened, I spent several hours on the internet doing a national search for this truck. I looked at 267 trucks that afternoon/evening and came across the one vehicle I had been looking for and it was located at Ganley Buick GMC in Cleaveland, OH. I sent them a message inquiring about the truck, then went to bed. The next morning, I received a call from Steve Lyons at Ganley Buick GMC. The truck was still available. I asked him tons of questions about the truck. He was very honest, open and completely truthful about the truck's options and condition inside and out. He sent me photos and videos. He made sure all my questions were answered and provided me all the specific details I needed to know in order to make my decision. I bought the truck and paid cash for it! We worked out all the details and provided each other with all the information needed to close the deal. On Thursday morning, my son and I caught the first flight from Phoenix to Cleveland. Steve picked us at the airport and drove us to the dealership. We took the truck for a test drive, closed the deal and processed all the paperwork within an hour. Ken Sipler in finance was also great to work with. He presented all the additional services without being overbearing or intimidating. He processed all the paperwork with class and professionalism. Called to check on a 2017 Explorer I was curious about and Elliot responded quickly. Called back, connected with him and asked all the pertinent questions. In the morning I made a 3 hour journey to see it. It was exactly as represented. Elliot was friendly and prompt. I’m fairly adamant about getting to business when it comes to traveling for a deal so as not to waste each others time, but Elliot was excellent at making it easy, quick and painless. He made it clear he was there to work with me. I ended up buying it because of Elliot. Had some hiccups with the numbers but they got em figured out properly and had me out the door no problem and good to go. One of if not the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. Tom was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs.

I needed my tires repaired and didn’t have the lock for the lug nuts. John was able to fit me in without an appointment and repaired my tire! I am so thankful. And Today, 12/16/23 I had an appointment to fix my oxygen censor. They allowed me to add on an oil change, tire rotation and install new wiper blades all at the last minute. I was out in an hour!! Totally impressed and thankful for the great work.
