I had gone to Walgreens initially to get my passport pictures for my 3 toddler children and Walgreens was not helpful (employee basically told me they couldn't service our family because there were too many distractions and recommended I go to where it was enclosed like JCPenny studio. The manager was asked 3 times for help as well and she just said, no that won't work and never even greeted us). We decided to try CVS instead and from the moment I spoke to the cashier, she immediately asked her manager for help. The manager said hello and greeted me and said he was hopeful we could get them all complete. The cashier provided us support and actually interacted with my kids helping the manager get the kids attention while their picture was being taken. They both worked together to get the job done. As they sent us off with our pictures, the manager told us to come back if the passport agency won't take them. 10/10 experience. We will definitely be going back. They made our day and got us a step closer to bringing our family together overseas!

So we headed to CVS and the cashier immediately called for the manager Marc and they went above and beyond my expectations! They tried everything in their power to ensure that we got what we needed! Wonderful customer service to say the least!!

Darlene Baron and Alex Clapsaddle go above and beyond to get customers the scripts needed to thrive. Without each of them my terminal cancer diagnosis would be much harder to navigate. Thank you for your extra effort you put forth daily!

The pharmacy is great. The pharmacy made phone calls to my insurance company to get the prior authoruauthorization to fill my Rx.

Always take the time to ask if you have any questions and are always nice and polite.

Fast , Convenient, and Great Staff!

Hit or miss. My mo-in-law get her scripts filled here. It's very good for her because she lives in the plaza. She is familiar with the staff and knows them by name. (They ARE rotating some new staff through right now, though.) I only pick up when the scripts are ready and drop off.

Sometimes the staff in the pharmacy is short with me and look at me with this glower of "what are you doing here, and what do you want?" Sometimes they look lost, bewildered, terrified/rushed and look at me with those eyes like they've been holding their wizz for far too long and are about to cry. Other times/days/staff in the pharm area are very pleasant and relaxed.

The rest of the staff is very friendly and open and seem willing and make the effort to be conversational and friendly in a "local neighbor" way. One of their staff was a little too friendly for me and constantly asked how my mother was doing and asked questions I felt uncomfortable to answer and that I felt were inappropriate for her to ask. I know she was only being friendly, but even after I told her that I'd rather not talk about her, she still kept asking. She's finally backed off. I feel bad about it. She was always trying to be friendly. I hope she's still friendly with the other regulars.

Absolute and utter incompetence laced with pettiness and overall horrific customer service. The pharmacists all convey this sense of negativity that’s hard to describe. They just make stuff up to serve their agenda’s, which to do as little as possible to help people. They act put out every time I go there. It’s pretty depressing. This location is an abomination.

Terrible pharmacist named Darlene and her staff is the worst!
