Yesterday, I found a great commuter vehicle that I knew would be the right fit for my family and to drive to work daily. My Sales Professional was Stephan McCall, a recipient of the Mark of Excellence Award. He approached me as soon as I sat down in the waiting area and was kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. I needed to bring my young children with me to the dealership and was delighted to see an established play area for them and an impressive complimentary refreshment station. Mr. McCall was able to negotiate a financing plan that closely matched with the suggested price on the website, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service of the other members of staff that I encountered. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is trying to find the right vehicle for themselves, friends or family.

We had a great time experience. Sergio greeted us at the door. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the trucks I asked him for. Once my wife told him what she was looking for he was able to get the perfect match . Sergio was very happy and cheerful throughout the process. Even when we weren’t very sure of what our decision he maintain polite and was not pushy at all.

Sale was easy. David was easy to work with. Very personable. No pressure. Worked out a price that was acceptable, including a moderate value for our trade in. He also Retrieved a forgotten item for us from our trade in.
Truck had mechanical problems within 24 hours after driving off the lot. David was very helpful directing me to problem resolution with service department, even though I called him after working hours. Work is being done on the Silverado as I post this. I was given a vehicle to use while my truck is being serviced. Had to put gas in it in order to get home. Hopefully all issues with the truck will be addressed to my satisfaction.
Overall, 5 Stars for our sales person, jury still out on service. Service department was very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned about getting the issues fixed.
I'll hold off on service department evaluation until after the truck repair has been completed to my satisfaction.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership! This is my second purchase from this location. My sales agents Mohammed and Jake went above and beyond, offering top-notch customer service. They even offered to provided transportation to the dealership, making the entire experience that much more personable. They even did a follow up call a few days later to make sure everything was going well with the car. I am thankful for all the support the personalized touch and outstanding service!

What a great experience. Was working with Dave & Jason. Came in a few weeks ago and tried to get a deal done. We tried but couldn't get to the numbers I needed. I left knowing they did all they could for me. Then I came back yesterday for an oil change and decided to give it one more shot. See if something had changed or there were other rebates available. Sure enough both Dave and Jason remembered me. Greeted me like a friend and got to work on getting me in a new Silverado. It happened and I couldn't be happier. Both Dave and Jason went above and beyond trying to get me into my new vehicle. This is the second time leasing through this dealership. Cant say enough about this place. David went above and beyond to meet our needs. He listened to what we went through with other dealers that weekend and made a bad weekend great. He knew we wanted a green trax and blue and white were the only ones showing in the inventory. He drove around before showing us the blue one to see if there were other colors and he found the green one we wanted! We proceeded with the rest of the car buying process after that and he walked us through everything and listened to the concerns, worked with the no cash down issue and simply made everything an excellent experience! I will return to him for my next vehicle purchase even though we live an hour and a half away. We'll worth the drive! Once we met with Kenny, David got the car prepped and perfect. Kenny was absolutely amazing to work with and he explained everything so we understood. Best car buying experience I've ever had. By the way, love the wigs! Once we got everything signed we went back to David to go over the "my Chevrolet " app. He did amazing explaining it to us and I'm not tech savvy.
