My wife used 2 go here to eat mcburger. Now she eat chicken nougat with new boyfriend Come back honey I miss you. They have dippin dots, maybe I'm not sure

Friendly staff and quick service through the drive thru. Everything was correct with our order. Food was fresh and hot.

I came here for the first time today it was much nicer than the Mt.Vernon Ohio locations!

This location is always very busy but the staff do a very good job of keeping the flow moving. The food is always hot and served with a smile. One of the better locations around town for sure.

I Love how Frindly the workeers are ! And how clean things are and how polite the workers are!

This is a nice location. The employees are very friendly and the food that I ordered was spot-on. There's also a play place inside for the grandkids to help keep them occupied.

This is an update to my previous review, the employees here continue to be some of the nicest fast food employees I've encountered. The management worked with me today on a problem with my order and made things right with out a question. We visit this location often.

Just a sweet tea. Always good from this location. Sometimes wrong tea given to me in lancaster! Duh

Good place another big money maker I know fast food in the greatest but it's definitely a good place to eat they got their certificates on the door where they will cover their health inspections they've got enough staff working there now they've it's not like it used to be it's nice so let's stop and get something to eat I mean if you got a dream if it comes along with a dreamy hole right the jingle like jingle dangle jingle right and it's got a song like you should eat just wishes big boy sandwich blah blah blah blah it's probably back for you if you got to sell it with a jingle just so you know but doesn't mean we can't go enjoy it

Was a very good visit so much better then the union st one. Had to drive 4 miles to get there compared to 2 blocks to union st. But when I went to union st they told me they couldn't server me any food for an hour. On 21st they took my order filled it and gave me a number to call about union st. Way better in my eyes then a place that won't serve you food for no reason except they don't want to. Thank you 21st McDonald's

Food was 😋 and the service was fast and friendly.

Best service I've seen in a while. They are also looking for help if anyone needs a job. Fast pace for anyone who hates slow go nowhere and they are overall friendly people to work with and I'm not even working there. I just see it LoL 🤣

Always good food

Had a line wrapped thrice around the drive thru but I went inside and got food in like 3 minutes so they are pretty good!

I enjoy this McDonalds because my experience has been consistent here. They are acceptably speedy (less than 5 minutes from when I order on my app to bringing it to me) and they have always gotten my order correctly. I prefer this McDonalds over the others in the area.

Love the new app option for pay & pickup using Deals! Can personalize order (no mustard! no onions!)
Wish we could choose "light ice" for beverages.

I was impressed. When in the bathroom noticed a mommy and me stall and out by one of the sinks the lower kids hand dryer was calmer and quiet for kids. So thoughtful.

so i went to mcdees i order two 20 mcnuggets 2 med fry. i got 2 six pc nuggets instead. went back thru. i got to keep my two 6pc nuggets and and only paid for one 20 pc nugget and they gave me another med fry and 4 apple juice, one for each of my kids. they were so kind to me. they even asked if everything on the screen was correct i said yea but i didnt really look. so it was my fault too. but they gave me wonderful service thank you to who ever work 5-24-15 at 8 pm
