BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

My family and I have been coming to BJ’s for a few years now. They probably have one of the most diverse menus in the fairlawn area. It’s pages upon pages of food selection, which I love, because it allows you to follow a certain diet while visiting a restaurant. The food tastes amazing, the place is beautiful and very spacious, the staff has always been nice and they pretty much take care of you even if an item in the food order is missed my mistake.

The level of service has been amazing, anyone visiting Ohio should try this place.

I do not usually go to the large chain establishments, but this was a good experience. Ordered a couple of their craft beers and dinner. I chose the BJ Original wings, and they were good. I like my wings tender, not chewy, and these were well prepared. They come with celery sticks and dip. Our server was also good, friendly, and efficient.

Came in at 3pm, gentlemen who sat us was very kind, and our server Randy was very helpful. We both had Randy choose our entrees and we both loved them! Not super busy either. Chicken sandwich was delicious & so was the southern fried chicken! Also our marg flight was delicious :)

This is a nice place for you and someone special to just have a nice casual dinner in a clean, peaceful atmosphere. For a dinner for two all of the photos that you see that posted salmon, calamari, roasted Brussel sprouts and drinks costed about 100$ for two. The food tasted really good. The servers were very nice and food was delivered in a timely manner. I see a lot of negative reviews which is surprising. I think you have to disregard most of these reviews because after the Covid pandemic consumers & customers if you are in the service industry you probably agree that people are very rude, impatient & entitled. They expect when they snapp your fingers that you come running. They are not understand that the staff and workers are doing the best that they can under the circumstances that they are short handed. Have a little patience and you will find that you will have a great dinner accommodating service at a cost that doesn’t empty your wallets enjoy!

We had Caydance as a server tonight and OH MY GOSH!!! She is the best server we have ever had. She was so polite and friendly. The food came out with impeccable timing and we never had to look for her. She was very attentive and everything you could hope for her in a server. The food was delicious and piping hot when it hit our table. All around a great experience! THANK YOU CAYDANCE!

I've been to this location several times before but today Adanija T went above and beyond while serving us. My Philly steak and mozzarella sticks were great and I was so impressed with how well Adanija was able to stay on top of our drinks and checking in on us while the place was busy. Look forward to visiting again!

My first time here was an amazing experience. Had the most polite and caring server ever!!! Her name was Sunny I think? But she definitely answered my millions questions I tend to ask. She convinced me to get a pizookie!!! And I’m glad she did just that, life changing experience

Our server Sunny was fantastic! she made sure our drinks were always filled and our meal was wonderful. Definitely recommend this restaurant for the atmosphere and the great service.

Always great tasting food and service was amazing tonight! Paige and Ryana took very good care to check in on us and gave the service some piazza! They also encouraged us to join the rewards program to get a free pizookie! 10 out 10/ perfect night!

Randy was our waiter and he was amazing! Probably one of the best waiters I have had ever! He was so friendly, outgoing, kind, attentive and all around just great! I will be back and hope that Randy is my waiter again!

Our server Adanija was a delight. Super attentive and answered all our questions about the menu. Food was delicious, my steak was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back!

Our server Perris was awesome!! Very attentive, personable and organized... down to the orders & check for a party of 16. He made sure everyone was taken care of. Everyone should emulate his style of serving... service with style and smiles!

Paige and Ryana were our servers, they were friendly and had very good timing, no long wait like we have had in the past. The new specials were spot on and we LOVE coming here for the Avocado Egg Rolls.

Had a great time here last week! My friend and I sat at the bar and had some food and the best drinks ever! Our bartender Zion was super friendly and accommodating, Will definitely be back soon!

Fish and chips very nice! Breading light and crispy. Our server, Perris, was very organized and personable. We had a fairly large group and he did an excellent job. We all work in the industry and appreciate someone who cares about his job! Great job Perris!

Our server Sunny was amazing! She was very friendly and professional and provided us with great customer service. Great food as well.

Great place with really good food. We had really good service during our meal. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed the decor and atmosphere inside. Our server was extremely sweet and willing to answer all of our questions about the food and the drinks. They offer gluten free options and vegetarian options. They even had a few gluten free alcoholic ciders for us to try! I liked one so much that I bought a refillable growler with one. When we return I can get a discount for already having a growler to fill! Decently priced all around and the location was easy to find. They had plenty of parking and were handicapped accessible. I will definitely be returning.

My fiancé and I went to BJ’s in Fairlawn and our server Adanija was so wonderful! She was quick on her feet, constantly checking in on us. We haven’t had such good service in a very long time. She is such a sweet person and showed extensive knowledge and professionalism. We will definitely be back! Thank you Adanija!
