The experience my family and I have had at Rose Hill has been really comforting thanks to Patty Cusma. She has really gone out of her way to help my family in such a horrible time. She makes it a priority to ensure a level of professionalism along with compassion at the same time. She's there at any time to answer any questions we have or fulfill any requests. We've been really appreciative of everything she has done during this difficult time...

Where to begin.. our mother is here for 22 years in the mausoleum. Our father passed away before Christmas. We wanted him to be in vault before Christmas, and Alicia handled it all so gracefully.. they were together for Christmas and gave us peace.. but we found out our mother's ashes we could not get cause of urn damage.. Alicia handled this problem and handled this with kid gloves to the family.. we were very unhappy family members and both of them bend over backwards to satisfy our family.. they both realize the person on the name plate was an important person in our lives.. and not just a name!

Lovely cemetery. Lots of cool memorials and stones. Lots of Pokemon Go activity.

Can’t find the person I am looking for. The website takes me in circles! But as of October it may be as bad to find him with a headstone to guide.

Rose Hill used to be the premier cemetery. My Mom has been there since 1961 so I am aware of how it has been run over many, many years. The last 25+ yrs it is going downhill fast. The dead trees, grass not mowed, holes in the roads, bushes not trimmed, etc. Now visiting at Memorial Day the grass wasn't cut and the place looked horrible. I am checking into who regulates neglect of cemeteries.

My grandfather was placed to rest at your facility on May 31st. After a week when arriving to the facility we noticed much of the dirt placed had been settled or washed away. My grieving grandmother took it upon herself to place 6 bags of top soil. After speaking to the office we were told it would be taken care. It was very clear when we arrived on Father’s Day that all your grounds crew did was place hay and grass seed. When arriving today we sunk into my grandfathers resting place and again purchased 6 bag more of dirt to place on it.

Considering the amount of money my grandparents paid for this to be their final resting place this is absolutely unacceptable. If we arrive again to find it this way we will take it upon ourselves to bring in a truck of top soil to make sure my grandfathers resting place looks the way it should.

This used to be the premier cemetery in the Akron area, but it has been in steady decline for 15-20 years. I have contacted them 4-5x, with photos and request for service on sunken headstones and flat markers, as well as weeds so thick and not cut out in decades that they are now 30 feet tall weed trees that are growing out of shrubbery, they we paid a lot to have planted there in the 1970’s. Lots of promises and absolutely no action, ever! This cemetery is a disgrace!

We were there over father's day visiting and I was very disappointed with the maintenance of the grounds. The grass had been mowed however, dried grass layed in clumps all over the place. There are multiple trees that are dead and need to come down.

My mother has been buried here since 2015 and has had things at the head stone. Well now everything was removed. Things that were even close to the head stone. The ground has not been filled level or grass seed put in. This is very poor maintenance. I wouldn't even bury my dog here if they had a pet section.

Extremely disorganized!!! They provide incorrect information and their follow-up is poor. Once you pay don't expect A1 service. It's sad that I even have to post this. :-(

They do not follow up on what they say they will do.

My father was entombed in his mausoleum last Thursday, a double that he shares with my late brother. He was very proud of the fact that he paid for the opening/closing as well as the plaque for his tomb. When my brother went to check on the final details prior to being entombed he was stuck with a bill over $1,000 for a drip tray and wrapping both of which have always been included in the opening/closing. Furthermore, his casket was not wrapped. They then stated they had no record of him paying for his and my brothers plaque. I found his original contracts and proof of full payment for the opening/closing and plaque. This was a vicious attempt to take advantage and double charge a grieving family. We are demanding a full refund for the drip tray and installation of his plaque asap. They may be able to take advantage of dead people whose families have no idea of their end of life expenditures but as a family we look after one another both in life and death and will not tolerate theft by an organization with no values.
