Giant Eagle Supermarket

You have to know that Giant Eagle is a great place to shop at if you are looking for variety, high end brand options and good quality food. We shop here whenever we want something for our Keto recipes. The prices are somewhat reasonable and you can find almost everything you would need in a kitchen or even sometimes in the house.

I will tell you this, while the staff is not always knowledgeable on the products, and cannot lead the customer to where the product is, the only reason I am giving this five star review is because of its ambiance, product availability, cleanliness and organization of products.

Giant Eagle is pretty good for all in one grocery shopping trips. Wide aisles, lots of produce, and other household goods to keep your shopping trip to a minimum. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. They've stayed the course when other stores have come and gone in our area.

5 stars for the lady named Kittsie at customer service! The bakery was closed (around 2:30p.m.) and had a sign that said go to customer service for assistance. Kittsie came right away to assist me with my cake order pickup. On my way out she assisted me again at customer service even though she was off for the day (had on her coat and gloves and had her bag in her hand ready to head out the door!). She was extremely friendly and helpful going above snd beyond her duties.

Like I said in a previous review, I'm a fan of Giant Eagle and they always provide good service. I understand the prices are high but you'll have that when it comes to implementation of certain types of programs such as fuel perks. In my opinion it's definitely worth it. If you shop there enough. My only qualm with Giant Eagle is that they lack consistency. I do get annoyed when I go to one store for a very specific thing and then the other store doesn't have it. I know that not all of the stores are going to always have the same things because of the area In which they are located. However, I think that certain things, especially items of dietary restriction, should be included in all of the locations. Even if only to a small degree.

I'm obsessed with giant eagle. They have the best stuff and vegan boca burgers!

Expensive but quality I only get certain things exclusively from Giant Eagle.

Store is well kept as always but today my customer experience was made terrific by cashier Anthony. Not only did he preform his job fast and efficiently his upbeat happy attitude and smile put a smile on my face. Thanks for making my day a little better Anthony! For reference I was there 8/22 around 3:45pm checkout #2.

Our practice orderd a Birthday Cake and it was AMAZING. We requested a "Medicare" card and whoever decorated it, killed it. We were all extremely impressed by the quality of work!!! Thank you, for the effort that was put into this cake. The entire practice LOVED it.

Five stars for overall store quality and products, unfortunately the self checkout assistants could be more persistent when it comes to scanning items that has to be removed from bags and rescanned like people want help ! Not everyone is dishonest we do as the machine says I felt as though the assistant was looking for trouble instead of being helpful

Lost my receipt so I couldn't do a review through giant eagles website so I hope they see this! Sabrina at the bakery is AMAZING! I needed a cake last minute and she made me one in less than 10 minutes and its beautiful!!!! You not only saved my day but my daughters birthday! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

With the introduction of handheld scanners and scanning and bagging while you shop, this store has become my primary grocer. You can't beat the freedom and efficiency of this method. Especially during a pandemic, I want my time in the store to be minimized and the scanning device and quick checkout definitely do the trick. I ❤ it!

I am new to Copley but so glad that I found Giant Eagle. Got everything in the store including my fav coconut cake. The store is super clean and the employees are good. Thankyou 🙏💕

Shopping experience was great, sales associates were great. Was helped by Shelly and the she was very helpful, kind and a pleasure to talk to. With the pleasure that I had shopping, I would more than likely to go out of my way to stop in again.

One of my favorite super markets to go to. I love the ability to find items that I like on a regular basis that are on sale or every day low price. Quality is important with every visit.

They have the best pharmacy in town and the staff is outstanding! You find everything you need yet still keeps the Familiar atmosphere.
