Bianca provided excellent customer service. I was in the store a while due to SIM card issues and witnessed her ability to problem solve while dealing with multiple customers at once. I even witnessed her deescalate a situation with an upset customer. I truly appreciated her attitude and overall helpfulness and honesty.

Management hope you’re taking care of her, because employees like Bianca are hard to find.

Service was fantastic and Alex was awesome to work with. We came in to upgrade our devices and the process was easy.

I had some issues getting a phone ordered and then subsequently get my account resolved because of it…it’s too long to go into detail but when I came in yesterday and dealt with Austin he was very nice, professional and knew exactly what to tell me. And then today with Stephanie she got everything solved quickly and efficiently. She listened to my life story and when I realized my debit card was missing showed me how to use the card saved on my Apple Pay. I’m so glad I decided to come into this store. It was my first time and I was completely happy with everyone there.

A different, better phone store......... reservations, not waiting around for an hour. Bianca was great, we moved 5 lines over from Cricket and there were several "gotcha's", she took care of them all.

Austin was able to have what I needed quickly and offered the Verizon internet to me as well, which I did accept. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the services he offered.

I went to Verizon and Selena was so helpful she is so caring and understand of my phone issues and of my family. She had asked how my daughters birthday party went last time we spoke. Selena genuinely cares, she takes care of all my phone needs and makes sure I am satisfied with my visit in store. Thank you selena for providing the best customer service I've had in years!

I dropped my phone, had to replace it and was having trouble booting the new phone up. Went in with the broken phone, an older phone I was using in the mean time, and the new phone. The gentleman popped SIM cards out, put them where they needed to go, prepped the broken phone for return, and I was back in business. 📱😁

I had gone in to buy a new phone and Selena helped me so much. She took the time to explain everything I asked about. She even wrote it down so I can physically see. She was patient while my old phone was transferring all of my pictures and videos. She was very easy to like because she was talkative and sweet but was still very professional. She found every way possible to help me and I appreciate her so much! She's your girl to go to if you want to get things done and not be treated like just a customer. Thank you Selena!

McKenzie was very helpful. They had called us in for some updates that could save us money. They noticed that we were not using even half of our data each month and suggested we go down in an size. Also answered a few questions walked away saving money. Super happy with service of staff.

Raul and Priscilla assisted us and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They treated us very nice and we didn't have to spend half the day there while they figured out what it is that we needed. Thanks so much!

I had what I thought was a quick question but turns out there's more to it than just turning in old phones to be recycled. The woman working there was very helpful and thorough, I wish I remembered her name to give her kudos. Anyway great experience!

I like going to Verizon good people work there. It's a great company.
