Today was candle day! Arrived early and was greeted by everyone as soon as I walked in the door. She handed me a bag with the candle holders already mounted in there and sent me on my way. The store was stocked with everything and ready! There was plenty of staff in case you had questions, etc...There was 3 registers open so the wait in line was minimal. I was in and out in less than 30 mins and got everything I wanted. Love this location & the staff that runs it. Definitely recommend especially with the convenience of the bags, super easy to get your candles home in one piece!

Absolutely love their sales. And the fact I can smell good and be broke at the same time is a great life experience 😄☺

They always have everything I need! Been going there a lot lately because of all the sales buying Christmas gifts.

I spend way too much time in this store but I smell amazing & so does my house! Lol

Great location for the displaced Bath and Body Works that closed inside the Chapel Hill Mall a few years ago. Nicely laid out store with a full inventory of available products, helpful employees who are always eager to lend a hand and offer advice on the best available deals. The new BBW Rewards app is great and FREE! You earn points for buying anything in the store that are redeemable for products that all aBBW customers use and love. I am quite happy with this location. Now if the Akron and Cuyahoga Falls Mayors would hustle and bring Trader Joe's (#1 choice of many), Dave and Busters, Bravo, Carabbas, Bonefish, Ulta, Pet Supplies Plus and a few other retail establishments to the Plaza, that would help all businesses in the area. It has easy access to Route 8, and ample parking are huge bonuses for any and all businesses.

I’m so glad that B&BW is out of Chapel Hill Mall! The new location in the Plaza is a lot safer and convenient - during the day! Not so much at night! But this particular store is very clean and the staff was amazingly nice and helpful! That even made my return/exchange process a breeze! I would definitely recommend to anyone local who loves smelling great!

I’m was Extremely excited to finally shop at the new store in the plaza at chapel hill. In the past
I would shop at the mall location but the last few years I stopped. I ordered exclusively online because I was loyal to the company and their fantastic products but mostly because I adored the girls at that location. I missed them and smelling all the incredible scents in person. They are the most helpful and kind ladies I’ve ever had the pleasure to get to know.
When I go in to shop the manager and her staff are so happy and helpful. I shop for my daughter and my granddaughters and when I tell they what they like they know exactly what to suggest. The last time I was shopping I was horrified by another “ customer” that was rude not only to the staff but another young lady that the manager was helping. She interrupted them by yelling at her that she was rude and she was going to report her
But that “customer” was the rude one by disrupting and causing an ugly scene. I feel sad for everyone involved. But the manager was polite and let this person yell at her.
This will not deter me from going back there because Bath and Body works has great employees and great products.
I’ll pray for the staff there and the rude people they come in contact with.

Every Employee at this Location we’re very attentive and very helpful. They assisted me with how to create an account download the app and even how to get special offers! And I just have to add in how freakin AWESOME the security guy was! It was very apparent that they are really love the company that they work for which says a lot about a business. He walked me all around the shop showing me what scents he likes and would suggest for my loved one since I was not too familiar with the guys products. He even knew the women’s products inside & out! And not only that but he also gave me some great tips to get even more savings!! Hands-down I had a wonderful experience definitely the best call them Bodyworks experience!! I think I’m a big fan of the fact that this location is also not in a mall!!

Friendly staff and everything you would expect from a B&BW. Everything is displayed nicely... making me want to buy it all up! Everyone is courteous and helpful here. My top favorite store!

I love this place!! So many heavenly fragrances to choose from! I am a perfume collector and I have such a difficult time making a choice. If I had the money, I would buy the whole store. And the deals are so amazing. The sales associates are so kind and helpful. You can't go wrong.

They have the best candles by far!! I have so much body sprays, plugins and lotions. I live them better then Victoria secret. My best friend and I are addicted to this store. We go at least 5X a month. Oh and I order online!!!

As a guy trying not to be embarrassed to go in and buy gifts for my granddaughter, they are always nice and extremely helpful to me without making me feel stupid! They are very beautiful too which is an excellent bonus!😁
