Adulthood: having to purchase a new mattress cause you’re experiencing back pain 🥴. Well, when you reach that point young folk come to Mattress Warehouse in Williamsburg and ask for Mark. He was super pleasant and informative to the point we ended up buying more than we expected. However, it was for the best and we are so appreciative. Thanks again Mark for the free pillows.

Kaitlyn was fantastic. It's a busy time for mattress stores during President's Day sales, but despite that, she was so helpful, gave us the time and attention (we ended up having to stop by the store multiple times because we were shopping around), and was informative (thoroughly explaining differences between products, jargons, and what's important). She got us set up nicely with a mattress and bed protector; also being flexible and available for extra purchases we were considering (even if we didn't go through with those). She worked her magic to provide the best pricing she could before we committed to our mattress, which is always appreciated. Felt like she was looking out for us, which is a big reason we ultimately went with buying from Mattress Warehouse.

Kaitlyn, who manages the store, was absolutely wonderful. I had a little bit of a complication in that I need to decide on a mattress in my hometown but have it delivered when I was visiting a friend in another town. And there were only two days, which are coming up quickly, on which it could be delivered. I was so happy with the mattress and platform that we chose. She couldn’t have been nicer, more well-informed, or personable. and I was very happy with the price.

Kaitlyn is amazing. We just moved cross country and didn't have a bed. She helped us find the right mattress for us and played with the system to get it delivered earlier than normal. We also had our cranky 1 year daughter with us and she was very patient and understanding.
We also liked that the store has options across multiple brands unlike many stores that only carry their own manufacturer.

The sales person Kaitlyn Lincoln me of my options once I informed her what I was looking for, she allowed me to wonder and pick and choose which bed frame fit my needs and budget. This is the kind of salesperson that needs to be at every store because it means a lot to give me space and information as I need it to make a sound decision. Which I did with her help !!
