I've had a wonderful experience working with Rocky Mountain Power Systems over the last two-plus years from the initial sales call, the installation of my on-demand household generator, and subsequent annual maintenance checks. They're always professional, courteous, and detail oriented. Even to the point they contact me for the annual maintenance check before I even notice the unit is indicating it should be serviced. I would not hesitate to recommend Rocky Mountain Power systems to anyone in the market for their services.

Rocky Mountain Power Systems have installed 2 Kohler propane generators at 2 different homes. Tied it into the homes electrical system so when the grid goes down, generator kicks in and powers up the whole house within seconds. Great equipment and great service. I've recommended them to several others who have also used them and had the same great experience I have.

We had two Generac Technicians named Rob and Josef. They were very professional and worked well as a team. They were very competent in putting in our 24kw Generac generator. Everyone in the office and outside technicians were qualified and prompt at getting the generator ordered and installed. Job well done!

Arraigned in mid September to get a install standby generator and in a few days they came out and gave a estimate and collected half down and would install in 4 to 6 weeks . This time neared and I called to check and the install was maybe mid Dec and then January on my next call . I had explained before that the 2 people in their 80s had heart issues and needed Internet monitoring . The company said they never promised 4 to 6 weeks . The location has natural gas right there and the company insisted that it needed a propane tank . We told them to forget it and refund our money . I would suggest if you do business with them to get a signed contract with a completion date.
