Great experience. Worked with sales manager to find the right fabric for our new sofas and throw pillows. She also worked to get the price a little lower for military service, and willing to hold for us a couple of weeks after it arrives from the factory until we are ready to move in to our house.Thanks!

Misha was just awesome. I worked in the furniture retail sales for 28 years and I was impressed with her presentations. She was easy to speak to, and was an active listener. The selection was good, and I felt the pricing was in line with the economy today.

We needed a new recliner so we headed to Conlin's. They were very nice. First they pointed us to the recliner section and let us look for a bit then Misha came over to answer all of our questions. She was amazing. We picked out the best chair for my husband. It not only was a easy shopping experience but I am already planning my next living room purchase. If you want a shopping trip without pushy sales associates I would recommend Conlin's. I would also recommend asking for Misha she was very knowledgeable, helpful and sweet.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, which was nice. My sales rep’s name was Misha and was extremely helpful. I told her what I wanted. She took me right to that section I said and chair loved it bought it. They loaded it in the car and I took it home all within 20 minutes. Excellent service, excellent selection, excellent store! I will definitely shop at Conlin’s again!

Mischa has gone above and beyond to help us pick out the perfect furniture for our new home on multiple occasions and helped orchestrate out of the ordinary deliveries due to our home location without any issues! We were in need of a new recliner chair and Michelle warmly greeted us and gave us valuable information on the different options. We tried many different chairs and decided on one. The process was pleasant and easy. After taking the new chair home and trying it out we decided it wasn’t going to work for us. We were able to return the chair the nwxt day and exchange it for something different. Again, the customer service was above and beyond. I can’t say enough about how well we were treated on both occasions. Every employee we encountered was friendly, informative and helpful from the shipping and receiving department to the sales floor and back through shipping again.

I was able to place an order from afar for furniture items I’d seen in the store months before. Michelle verified what I wanted through sharing of photos and helped with some substitutions and then arranged for delivery. A very competent and pleasant experience. Thank you.

I walked in and tried about 10 sofa sets on my own. I took pics of the sets I liked. Kelsey Phelps helped me, answered all my questions and gave me quotes on the sets I was interested in. I left, called her back after a few hours and purchased a sofa, loveseat then Kelsey remarked that it had a chair and I purchased it too! She made everything easy. She has a salesman attitude but without the pressure. Very lovely young lady and Ill return to her when I need future home furnishings!

My wife and I had a great experience with Conlin's. Our salesperson, Sherry was excellent and was quick to answer any questions. She was very accommodating and even got our furniture delivered sooner than expected. We are very happy with the whole experience.

We recently purchased a living room set from Conlin's and we are beyond happy with that experience. We worked with the Manager who not only came within our budget but offered us a product beyond our anticipation of our spending level. The furniture was delivered and set up by their service crew and we now have a beautiful new couch, love seat, and rocker lounge chair. Excellent experience.

Pete in the service department was knowledgeable and very helpful. I needed a part for a power recliner we bought 3 years ago, they had it in stock and warranty covered it. Great service.

The wife and I furnished 2 bedrooms at Conlin’s Furniture. We love the quality of the beds and dressers. We also ordered a beautiful armoire and they matched the wood and finish perfectly. Customer service was excellent in both sales and service. The delivery team was prompt, courteous, and professional. We enjoyed our experience with the entire Conlin team.

Helpful staff! Clean store with quite a bit of inventory. Prices are decent, especially when the sales roll around.

Everyone at the store was great. Helped me find something in my price range. Helped me determine if it would fit in my car and if I would be capable of assembling myself at home. Great place and good deals and good service.

We appreciated the sales team that introduced themselves when we walked in the store then let us take our time and look around without hovering. They were available at the front for questions when needed. No pushy salesman which was nice. Great inventory to choose from…Thank you!
