Dr. Aravind Kumar, MD

Great doctor and have been with him for 14 years. He knows me better than myself and he is honest and direct and always explains everything in a way that you understand. He and his staff, especially Crystal, have been great and with him a long time and is a testament to his business and medical acumen. I can call in with a simple issues and they can deal with it over the phone and not have to spend the time and cost that our medical industry seems to capitalize on. I travel a lot and if I need a prescription filled in another state they make it happen. That’s exactly what I want from a Primary Care Physician. Great job!

Dr Aravind Kumar is our physician for over 5 years for my Wife and I. We moved from W. Melbourne to Satellite beach in 2020 and kept seeing Dr Kumar because we don't think we can find another PCM who is so caring, attends to our individual needs, a professional, exceptional kind, warm heart and just plain awesome. May I added Dr Khris also professional and exceptional; and all the above. She's always available when Dr Kumar is not. But most of all I'll say the Staff: Crystal and Jocelyn--especially Crystal are the friendliest and the best!!! You can feel this warm and welcome atmosphere as soon as you enter the door. They are outstanding and professional.

Extremely high professionalism and quality of care, in every essence of the word care! They ask the right questions and if you answer honestly, they can help you to get the results. I tell anyone I know about the office as they are the real deal!
I've been going there for quite awhile now and I have always been happy with them. You wont be disappointed!

Dr Kumar is an excellant Primary Care Physician. I've been a patient since 2015 and at age 70, with a complicated medical history, I've seen many, many Drs over the years so I feel like I'm qualified to issue a five-star Review. He is a gentle, kind man, a Dr who listens when I speak, a most important soft skill. I like him because he's old-fashioned (wise, cautious, doesn't "throw pills at your problems"), sincere, competent, funny on the surface but learned and serious concerning your medical problems; his many years of experience are obvious. I really like it also that his Practice accepts Walk-Ins because I've witnessed many people, as I'm waiting to be seen, who arrive ill and frightened but when they're checking out (and I'm doing the same), I can hear the relief in their voices because they now know they're safe, in the hands of a highly skilled and caring Physician. I also think his Staff is exceptional: they're knowledgeable, organized and very efficient. For example, if Dr Kumar determines I need to see a Specialist, they routinely provide me with the names/phone#s - sometimes they'll even call ahead to find out what their "new Patient protocols" are! My final compliment is one I think a lot of people would agree with when going to the Dr's: I NEVER have to wait long to be seen yet Dr Kumar doesn't ever make me feel like he's rushing when he comes through that door and ain't that great? Dr Kumar and his Staff treat Patients as if OUR time is as valuable as theirs.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. KUMAR for the last year and we are completely satisfied with his service. Crystal is very nice and helpful. Thank you.

I am a new patient of Dr. Kumar and all I can say is he has the most amazing staff. All of them are caring and has a very good humor and he is one of the first doctors I've met in florida that actually listened to me. Doctors usually shrug at you and do nothing like you never said anything but he didn't ignore any of my problems and they respond really quickly if you get a problem with one of your medications.

Dr. Kumar provides a warm professional atmosphere. Dr Kumar and his staff are attentive to concerns and provides a personal touch that makes you feel welcomed and cared for. They schedule things well so that your not always waiting and Dr Kumar I believe actually cares for his patients in more than just the Doctor but more so as a friend that you can confide in and trust.

Dr Aravind Kumar at Brevard Internal Medicine on New Haven is an outstanding physician!
I have been a patient of Dr Kumar's for two years, and in that time, he has helped me become healthier. With his constant concern an professional approach my A1C has gone from initially 11 to 6.2.
He has counselled me and advised and encouraged me to be healthy.
His professional and sometimes stern approach to my health issues has changed my outlook and my life.
Always professional with a friendly manner he is also caring. Very rare quality in a doctor today.
In addition Joanne and Crystal and all of his staff are organized efficient and friendly. Taking time to accommodate my needs in scheduling appts and tests with other facilities as well as getting my medications to my pharmacy quickly. And, ALWAYS with a smile!

Approximately 14 months after Dr. Kumar looked me in the eyes and said "I promise you it is nothing bad"; my husband was found to have stage four cancer. I can't help but wonder what stage it was when the radiologist report said his appendix was of normal size and partially filled with contrast. My husband's appendix was removed when he was 14. Dr. Kumar dismissed my concerns entirely. Later on he dismissed my complaints about pain in my lower back and pelvis. My oncologist did not. An MRI showed a deteriorating hip. Kumar said something about aging. Well we all age, but, somethings can be helped. Hip replacement is a good thing.
Stage four cancer, not so much. I watched my husband fight and suffer for two and half years as he slowly disappeared. I layed beside a 130lb shell of a man as he took his last breathe on July 9, 2021.
Dr.Kumar should have just put a bullet in his brain the day he promised me it was nothing bad. At least then he could have been held accountable for killing him.
If you are a patient of his today; my advice to you is run now, before he makes a promise to you or your loved one that you can't live with. Please understand we trusted him too.

Dr Kumar is a wonderful Physician and human being! He takes the time to explain everything to me. He has helped me get my pain under control. I drive from Vero Beach to see Dr Kumar and I wouldn't have it any other way! I am so grateful for this fine Doctor and his wonderful staff!
