Phenomenal Experience! Was greeted when I walked in saying I will be right with you. Johnny was great explaining all my options and directing me the proper way to send important documents in a time sensitive manner. Would highly recommend this store due to the high customer service and the positive atmosphere from the employees working there. GO SEE JOHNNY!

Johnny was extremely helpful and polite. Despite me arriving just before closing time, he was kind and courteous even offering assistance for any potential questions. Johnny also did not pressure me to finish preparing my packages despite it being 15 minutes before closing. When I was ready he helped me out with a smile on his face and even gave me multiple options to ship. I was extremely nervous to run into the location before closing, but being received by an amazing team member was a total breath of fresh air. It is FAR too often service members are grumpy or unkind nowadays, and I’m so happy to have been helped by Johnny.

Johnny was delightfully helpful, cheerful, and interested in doing a great job. He went the extra mile in checking the print job and in seeing if there were any available discounts. He also multi-tasked well - talking to other regular customers - while working with me. I never felt he was wasting my time while he chatted and helped other people - it was a perfect balance of responding to a busy store and meeting my needs. He was fun and funny so that was a bonus, too! Always great service at this location - I pay a little more for the printing but I don't mind when the staff is this good.

Savannah and Johnny were both very helpful. I spent my morning calling different places looking for this large, oddsized box. Savannah answered the phone and with a friendly tone advised they had one onsite and informed me of the pricing and options availavle. At arrival, Johnny assisted me with bringing in the product I was shipping by coming out to my car and carrying the product inside. He helped me decide the best option for my shipping need and I was in/out the door in under 10 minutes! Well done!

I was in a panic to return an order and was directed to this location. The clerk patiently waited on me as I expected a shipping label. The clerk gave me the store’s e-mail address, printed the label. My panic disappeared.

Best place to go to for FEDEX SERVICES. Friendly staff. Easy and quick services. And there is a promotion up to 40%. Awesome.

I was hesitant to go here because of the 2 stars on Yelp but I had the most pleasurable experience. The store manager Lee was so nice. I was a dummy and forgot to have the address I was shipping to on hand but he was so patient and gave me his recommendations for shipping depending on what I was trying to send. I was embarrassed about the address but he was really kind about it. Definitely coming back. Even told me about all the banners and stuff they print, who knew???

I went in to return a package with a premade label. Scott was so helpful! He printed out my label, placed it on the box, and taped my package closed. I was nervous about not having tape with me but Scott was so helpful. He was quick, super friendly, a true pleasure to be taken care of by him!! Fed ex for the win!!

Excellent service from Andre who helped us with a complicated printing, scanning and emailing job for some legal documents that needed to go overseas. I rate this as 10/10 for customer service and kudos to Andre for outstanding service delivery. Thank you.

Brandon helped me with a tricky print problem and even worked with me at the computer/self serve center. He was very nice and funny. Although the center is in remodelation this kind of customer service makes you not notice anything wrong with the place. It is so easy to complain about little things yet we rarely give props when they are due. Great job and thank you so much for your help and for going above and beyond! You should be the manager!

We stopped by quick for some prints and a poster. Great experience! They understood our time constraints and helped make sure we got exactly what we wanted the way we wanted. They helped us save money, and did a job on the spot that typically has a 4 hour turnover. Thank you for your help and time!!

Rosemary was so pleasant & very friendly. She had a few customers & was fast & helpful. Plus shes working on a Sunday, the day before the hurricane is to arrive. I hope fed ex knows how awesome she is.

I drop off FedEx here from time to time. I waited in line to give my package like I as asked to at the UPS store. sometimes fro a while. The nice girl at the counter told me, next time if I have a label already just to come on up and drop it off and wave and leave. no need to wait. that saves me a lot of time and I can get back to my store.

Super helpful lady behind the counter. If all of their employees are this good, then any work you do there will be a breeze. They have all kind of business equipment in there. We were in a bind on 03/24 around 8:45a.m. and that lady made our printng needs painless, and was super friendly

I would just like to say thank you FedEx you helped me after having the worst experience at the post office in downtown Melbourne. The lady that helped me here was so lovely and helpful. It was the kind of great experience that makes me always want to go here than anywhere else. Thank you for everything!

The nicest print shop ever. The facilities are in great condition and the staff is impossibly nice. They're always amiable and accommodating, even when I have ridiculous requests. I go here all the time.

At Frist it look very confusing with all the machines. The workers there were very polite and helpful I had 19 pages to fax they did make sure everything went through and did it with a smile.
