I went in this past Sunday to get a car, the process of getting my old car evaluated as a trade in and getting a real offer took minutes (literally), Courtney was amazing with helping me through the whole process as this was my first time financing a car. I am so happy with how relaxed the whole process was from the start, the whole team at CarMax made the process way easier than any other dealership I have ever been to. They don’t bother you, pester you, or make you feel pressured. I would recommend them to anybody!

First time at a car max and did not disappoint! I did almost everything online and was told an estimate monthly payment which was great.. even better than it saved TONS of time and was legit. I was thinking like other dealerships I’d still arrive and they would take forever finding financing but nope- that happened online before I ever walked in. Love the tools they have to find the car you’re looking for. Loved not being pushed into buying a vehicle. Great experience - will definitely go back when we need our next.

Ask for Lee! We have dealt with her twice and both times our vehicle purchase was handled smoothly and quickly. She is very professional and thorough. She was easy to communicate with while we were looking for cars and deciding and then after the sale when we needed to discuss an issue that arose. Overall we will continue to use Carmax as we love the no haggle model of doing business

Very smooth process to sell car. Received on online offer from the website, and then brought vehicle to local Carmax dealership. They looked car over and confirmed they would offer the same amount as the online offer. Staff at the dealership were friendly and efficient. Left after being there about an hour or so with a check and my car sold. Required no actions on my part except to sign documents and take the check.

Night and day difference between CarMax and all other dealers. Clean environment, professional and competent staff (sales and service) showing care before , during and after a sale. Highly credible business and worth the peace of mind instead of less credible, commission driven dealers. Third time buyer from CarMax and will never consider otherwise.

Wow, what a great experience. I went in distrustful of the whole "we'll buy your car even if you don't buy from us". Courtney made the whole process simple and fast. She was also extremely friendly and professional. Other dealerships could take lessons from Carmax and Courtney.

Took our car to CarMax to sell. It was a refreshingly easy and pleasant process. Took about an hour from start to finish even without an appointment. We worked with Kenny who was jovial, informative, and efficient. We were told that as long as we were honest on our estimator, the offer would not change. He took about 20 minutes with the car, came back in, plugged his info into the computer and the offer was exactly what we were quoted. We got a check and because we were local, they gave us a complimentary Lyft back to our home. Excellent customer service throughout the process! Highly recommend! The gentleman, Kenny Dehler-Rosario, was so kind and super attentive. Worked very fast and helped me every step of the way. It wasn’t stressful like I thought it would be, he made it super easy for me. He also answered all my random questions and helped me get a better understanding on the process of selling my car and cars in general. He was awesome !

I never believed it was possible or so easy to sell a car. We entered the information online, received a quote, they honored the quote and we walked out with a check. All within just about an hour. It was perfect because we didn’t want to sell the car on our own via Autotrader, ads or parked with a for sale sign in the window.

This was our second car purchase at Carmax Melbourne in the past 2 years. Both experiences were simple and not stressful at all. They will leave you alone to search the lot or come with you if requested. Our recent sales person was David. He spent a lot of time with us. When we had second thoughts about the purchase he helped us resolve our concerns and was willing to do a return and helped us search for another car. In the end we chose to keep the current car. He was with us through the whole process. He was completely supportive of whatever we chose. And the buying process is simple. They explain every page that you sign during document review. No haggling, no hassle, nice cars, great experience.
Ps - the service people are great too. They serviced both cars under both the MaxCare and under warranty.

Car Max is not like any dealership I have done business with in the past. When you see a vehicle you like you let the customer service rep no you are interested The price you see is what you pay minus the trade in value they gave you for your vehicle, which you no before you go there everything I looked at was lower than the 4 dealerships I had looked at first. Not like dealing with car salesmen that always have a trick up there sleeve. It was a very relaxing experience . The sales agents do not work on commission I would definitly recommend Car Max if your looking to buy a new or used vehicle . I left there not having any regrets in my purchase Thank You Christine and Vanessa for your help in my purchase

Fifth vehicle purchased through CarMax. Every experience has been consistantly excellent. The sale of my car and price quoted has been fair to market value and the price I paid for my purchase has also been very fair to general market value. Followup after the sale has always been great. I even utilized the 30 day return policy once and they honored it as advertised! So I purchased another car knowing they do what they say and say what they do. Highly recommend in todays less then trustworthy environments.

Our experience with CarMax in Palm Bay was totally unexpected and the result was fantastic! The process is simple, easy and efficient. The sales person David Cuomo was highly knowledgeable about the car we purchased, financing as well as every other part of the transaction.
