It was a great pleasure meeting Lance Kotowski. After my initial inquiry into a 55+ community Lance contacted us within a half hour to discuss our real estate needs. After a few emails and calls we met with Lance to look at some properties in the Viera area. We found Lance to be a polite, professional, no-pressure kind of a guy that genuinely had our best interests at heart. He showed us several properties, which we loved, and we felt no need to hurry to a decision at any time.

We worked with Lance over a period of about 7 months in search of our new home in Florida. Lance worked so hard to help us find our perfect retirement home. Was extremely helpful getting me paperwork and information I needed about the property I was purchasing. Also, answered phone calls immediately or responded within an hour. When problems with the closing arose he called and got the answers from the lender I could not.
