Family Dollar

This is the best Family Dollar store in Melbourne, FL. The employees are exceptionally customer focused, friendly and helpful. Every time I'm in this store and can't find something, the employees cheerfully walk me to the place to find what I'm looking for. Other stores I shop at employees are far from friendly and just tell you what isle to go to. Shopping at this Family Dollar is always a great experience because of the helpfulness of every employee. I've found items in this store you can buy for $1 that are sold at other stores five times the price. Family Dollar generic cold, allergy and medical supplies are as good as name brands. You can't beat the prices found at Family Dollar on most items. And most products I buy are available most of the time when shopping. I've been to other dollar stores and none of them are nearly close to the great shopping experience at this Family Dollar. The employees make this store the best shopping experience every time I shop. I love this store!

Customer service is usually good to hear. Everyone's friendly. There are reasonable prices & sometimes you'll come across some amazing deals. This place has a little bit of everything except hot food of course, & yes I felt it necessary to put that because I was asked that question by a person, apparently very hungry, at another 'dollar type deals". If you see something you " can't live without", advice is to scoop it up quickly or you might just be out of luck. If you need to know if they have a specific item, then ask away. That place runs out of "the goods" pretty quickly. Not to fret though, there is one merely 2 blocks North/East (legitimate walking distance... Lol.... In a seemingly normal sized town for walking! Cheerio!

Place looks great now that it's been remodeled will go more often people are friendly and helpful

I finally found a sweatshirt without a hood. Also got lots of b'day cards for .50 cents and a dollar. Chet picked up some salty snacks in a smaller size.

They were kind of busy but was checked out right away..friendly staff...

This particular store is clean and organized. I always enjoy my trips for a quick pickup. Employees are courteous and helpful
