We started our search looking for the best builders in our area, and Stanley Homes was at the top of that search. Once we took a look at their website and their reviews, we knew we had to work with them. From day one, Andrea was amazing. She had us tour some homes and we settled on the Marsh Harbor II. We were able to customize that home to tailor fit our family’s needs. Once construction started, Jimmy and Andrea made sure we were kept up to date through the building process. We could not ask for a better team. Somehow everything was kept on schedule, even with a few change orders! We proud how everything turned out and blessed to have had the best builders in our area build us our forever home. Thank you so much Stanley Homes!

We would like to thank Stanley Homes for the all the hard work invested in our new home. We did a lot of research to find a builder and picked Stanley because we felt confident with the manner in which the pre-construction process was explained and was also provided with issues that may or may not delay the construction process. Building through the pandemic clearly put a hold/delay on several building tasks but once construction continued the building team reassured us that the work we expected would be completed in a timely manner. There were of course times when certain tasks did not go according to plan but we were reassured that things would be corrected and they truly were. We would like to thank the entire crew: Andrea, Jimmy, electricians, plumbers, etc. for all their assistance. Thanks for taking our calls and responding to our emails. We were very pleased with the custom house Stanley Homes built for us, and with the construction process. They kept us informed, followed up, and built a great house. We were looking for a builder to work with after purchasing our property, and after meeting several decided to work with Stanley Homes. The entire process was a breeze. Our sales manager and construction manager were incredible. They met with us throughout the build answering any questions or concerns, helped us with a lot of our design questions, were great in making our customizations and visions for our home a reality, and were always quick to return a phone call or email. We have built with other builders in Brevard, and we were impressed with how great Stanley Homes was throughout the process. Everyone at Stanley Homes was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and very customer focused. We have been in our home for about 5 months now, and we love it. I highly recommend these builders not only for their professionalism but also for their quality craftmanship and price. If I ever need to build again, I will not hesitate to work with Stanley Homes.

We built our house with Stanley Homes while living in Tampa and throughout the start of the pandemic. Andrea and Jimmy were great about communicating with us regarding updates and made the entire process easy while we weren't in town to check on the house. We ran into an issue at the beginning of the process that wasn't Stanley Home's fault- and they worked with us to remedy the situation immediately. We truly appreciated how they handled everything and are so happy with our home. Jimmy, our construction manager, paid very close attention to the details of our home and made sure everything was perfect upon move in. I'd recommend Stanley Homes to anyone moving into the area or that wants to build a new home!

My family and I selected Stanley Homes to build our semi-custom dream house on a direct riverfront lot. The builder lists "build on your land" as one of their offerings. After much deliberation we chose one of their "stock" floor plans, the Marsh Harbor II. From start to finish the builder was awesome. Up front by chance we met another family who had recently moved in to the same model home from Stanley Homes. We met with them along with the builder and collected a few custom modifications to the stock floor plan which Stanley Homes was able to accommodate into the build. Being a small business owner I know the value of expectation setting and one of the things that Stanley did was to set our expectations up front. For instance, we were not misled into an unrealistic build time frame. We also were told to trust the process... not everything goes perfect and along the way small problems or delays, especially with materials, cropped up. The superintendent Jimmy was great. My wife and I felt included and updated along the way. Having never built a house before we were newbies and had a lot of questions which Jimmy and Jason answered as they educated us. The end product was exactly what we imagined when we first started on this adventure. In fact our expectations were exceeded. In spite of all the Covid related delays, the house completed almost exactly when Stanley said it would finish. I want to point out that the subcontractors that Stanley uses were all very good. I can't think of one that did not do an outstanding job. Because I know a lot of subcontractors... from time to time I would check with them to see if I was getting the right work product. It was the case that the Stanley subs were doing great work. The plumbers, electricians, dry wall crew, stucco crew, framers, and carpenters tile guys were great. I especially felt that the finish carpenter, tile crew and painters were excellent. I was mostly impressed with the superintendent Jimmy who kept everyone scheduled and on task. He continually inspected the house and developed punch list items so that when the house was mostly complete, the final punch list was relatively short. In fact the only outstanding items we had upon move-in had mostly to do with one or two back ordered electronic parts which did not prevent move in. Because we built on an atypical lot, on the river, with well water, septic and a pool, the build was a little more complicated than if the home were built in a development. So there was a lot to manage in terms of septic placement, well placement, the water treatment plant, a concrete wall, etc. Our house was also built on a massive layer of coquina so the septic and pool dig were a little more complicated. We also used a dock builder, summer kitchen company and Tiki hut company all of which I contracted directly, and the scheduling of all these moving parts was handled by Stanley Homes nicely. The owner's wife Denise also gave us some great advice regarding our backsplash selection. After living in the house for over a month now, we are really enjoying the layout of the Marsh Harbor II. It is efficient, creative and comfortable. My wife and I have 3 adult college students living with us and everyone has their own space. Our house has everything we wanted and more including a stand by generator, insulated roof, wide attic access, epoxy garage floor, and more. I could go on and on. Long story short, I am very pleased and would recommend Stanley to anyone. I noticed that there are a couple of 1 star reviews and feel that some home owners have unrealistic expectations of what home ownership is like. There will always be small things to deal with. That is part of owning a house, regardless of who built it. Here is a link to pictures of the finished product. We love our new home. We were building our home at the start of the pandemic, yet Stanley Homes stayed committed and worked with us every step of the way. Our customization requests were well received and beautifully executed. The Stanley team were all very responsive, especially Jimmy, our site supervisor.

We would highly recommend Stanley Homes. We were able to make changes to the floor plan and also a three car garage which other builders will not do at all. We were out of Florida for the entire build of the house and were very pleased to hear from Jimmy, the Construction Manager with updates and also Andrea, the Sales Consultant/Realtor who even emailed pictures of the progress of the build. Nicky, Administrative Assistant answered all of our questions, which were many. The entire Stanley Homes team is very professional. They build a quality home for a fair price. The home was even finished ahead of schedule!

Building during a pandemic is NOT a good experience. The stressors of delays, supply chain issues on top of inflation, and impacts on cost are beyond anyones control. Although there were plenty of tough experiences, Andrea was in constant communication with us. It was hugely helpful having her updates and clarifications not only through the weekdays but also after hours and various weekends. She spent a lot of time with us in those crucial planning moments, such as the “building bible” creation. She gives realistic advice and has plenty of lessons learned to give clients that help ensure expectations are met. From the construction side, Jimmy is your pragmatic advocate with all the trades. He has an eye for identifying defects that also comes from years of experience. His role kicks into overdrive towards the later parts of the build and his updates by phone and text are a needed relief to help with expectations.
Is our house medical grade perfect? No, but the trades stand behind their work by revisiting for any needed corrections and Jimmy does great to coordinate and ensure it’s done. This is one beautiful house.

Could not be happier with our new home! We have built new construction before so we know things can be stressful at times but this process went very smoothly. Our construction manager even finished our home ahead of schedule which was a big deal for us and always kept us informed on the building process. The quality of our home really shows and that is why we went with Stanley Homes.

When my wife and I decided it was time to downsize from the beautiful home we had built in 2001 we began looking in an area from Melbourne through Viera. We found a lot of homes in our price range but my wife Barbara was never happy with the kitchens until we saw the Key Largo model in Alamanda Key. We were told that Stanley Homes was a custom builder and that we could make changes. We chose the Key West model and made extensive changes. We not only substituted the Key Largo kitchen but modified that as well. We made the dining room part of the great room/kitchen area by changing the full wall to a knee wall. We turned the living room area into a Den/Office as we rarely used our formal living room in the past. We added a hers walk in closet in the master bedroom instead of the sitting area, eliminated the tub in the master bathroom making a large shower area with a large linen closet. The his closet is also a walk in. We also added a third car garage and a screened in patio. We could not have made these changes in any of the other homes we looked at. Building a custom home took longer than a cookie cutter house but the house was what we wanted not someone else’s selections, not just a cookie cutter house with a few choices. Now that our furniture is in and we are finally getting settled, it is finally a home, a “happy home”.
When the home was finished we needed a wind mitigation report for our home owners insurance so we hired an inspector to do a complete inspection of the house. In short his extensive report concluded that our Stanley home was a very well built house and was completely up to code. The cost of the inspection was well worth the money we saved in our insurance cost per year not to mention the peace of mind it gave us.

me and my husband had taken a long look at all brevard custom builders and decided on stanley homes others we looked at made us feel like we were having a fantasy for our budget jason and manager andrea spent vigourous hours trying to fit our dream home on our lot and even though sims / lifestyle could not do it jasons team did do it and aswell also made it possible to get in our budget aswell treated us as we wanted to be there team put up a beautiful home we thouroughly enjoy my husband is a car nut jason also configered a four car garage that supposodly couldnt b done again but he made it happen . i may ad our dream home we smile and love everymoment we spend here jimmy the construction manager was very impressive with detail everystep of way he is a perfectionist our home came out amazing we could not b more happy with every aspect of our transaction and on top of all that i had had a last minite operation to have and jason somehow got us in our home 45 days before planned move in date if u are looking for ur dream home at a fair price stanley homes will do the job beyond ur expectations thank you again
