HIGHLY RECOMMEND ILLEANA!!! I have never been this satisfied with my wax, and I’ve been getting waxed for 8 years now. Ileana was super thorough & she was just so sweet. I absolutely love her personality. She made me feel super comfortable, like I knew her already! Definitely referring everyone I can to her!

It was very clean and welcoming space. I didn’t have to wait around and was helped right away. Carly was awesome and made me feel comfortable and super nice and happy. I will be coming here now for all my wax needs! Thank you Waxing Factory!

I must give Ileana the credit for my incredible experience. Her energy ✨ is effortlessly great! Why do I add this? Going to a wax center can be a little uncomfortable for some people. It's important to establish a sense of comfort, and she offered that. I'm grateful to her. She remained professional during the session whilst ensuring my comfortability.

As mentioned, there are two locations, I've gone to both and enjoyed my visits. Tee is awesomeness in human form! With all that said, stop by for your next personal grooming service 😉. You won't be disappointed 🥰.

Ilana ( hope I'm spelling her name right) it's new to me. Very nice girl. Did a good job. Waxing is always painful but she made sure to ask if the wax is to hot and how I'm feeling. Very good service.

Iliana was the most thorough waxer I’ve ever been to. I booked my appt super last minute, same day and was there within 30 minutes. The company was very accommodating to my schedule and very friendly when booking. When I arrived for my appointment Iliana was the one to greet me, then took me to her designated room for waxing. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was super gentle the whole time. I went in there for a Brazilian after months of not having one and she left me BALLLLDDD! I’m talking no hair in sight. She was even super careful when tweezing me. 100% recommend her to anyone going for their first time.

Ileana was the most thorough waxed I’ve ever had. Made the experience super easy, great banter, and got me looking and feeling right. You won’t want to go to anyone else.

I recently moved to this area from NC, and this place was recommended by several people. I went to the same place for 5 years in NC, so I was a little nervous going to a new place.

When I called in, Tee was so helpful scheduling for myself and for my mom (who I scheduled for a couple weeks later).

I am soooo happy that I went to this location. Naja was AMAZING. She did a great job waxing me AND she was super kind and funny, which helped calm my nerves of going to a new place.

So I found this spot last minute, hours before I had to be on a cruise boat, and Ileanna made me feel confident relaxed and comfortable from the beginning of the appointment until the end. Plus for my first time ever being in the area, let alone at this location for the first time, I’d highly recommend coming back. If I ever decide to move to this area, I can confidently say my girl ileanna will have a loyal customer bc she’ll get me right every time.

Just in town to visit family, and needed to have my eyebrows waxed. Was able to book an appointment online super easy the afternoon before, and the appointment was quick and easy. Will definitely use again when I’m in town!

Tee was phenomenal! This was my first time visiting the Waxing Factory Melbourne. I typically book waxing services with a well known chain. But I decided to try a locally owned establishment this time and I was beyond pleased. The staff were friendly but my service was exceptional. For the first time ever I experienced virtually no pain when receiving a Brazilian wax. Tee not only has a stellar personality but she was very thorough. 10/10 I would definitely recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been here twice now and can honestly say I’ve found my new favorite place! I used to live in Orlando so I always had my “place” in Orlando where I would get my eyebrows done. After moving to Melbourne almost 3 years ago, I was hesitant to branch out and find a local spot. I saw good reviews here and passed it one day running errands. I decided to check it out and I’m so glad I did! Naja is amazing and always makes me feel so comfortable and truly takes her time which is so appreciated. I highly recommend this business! I’ll be back soon :)

I’m usually too lazy to leave reviews but I absolutely loved this place! My friend called me up and told me she wanted to go get waxed together.. I was very hesitant and a little nervous. I didn’t want to get waxed down there.. but I did it anyways. We saw Tee and she was absolutely amazing! She was very kind and made me feel at ease. She always told me what she was doing, was very gentle and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend going here, and my friend and I will definitely be coming back :)

Tee was fantastic. My Brazilian wax was quick, easy, and expertly done. Finding aestheticians comfortable with waxing men is difficult, so I’m so happy to discover Tee and Waxing Factory for when I’m in the Cocoa area. Highly recommended. (However, if you want multiple services, call after booking online; their website doesn’t stack services very well.) I’ll be back!
