Wendy's

Wendy's is a pretty decent burger joint. There are a few cheaper items. 30% cheaper than Taco Bell. Clean restrooms.

Ordered through the mobile app and was ready within 5 minutes great service and friendly staff

2024 UPDATE:
Staff here us nice but most seem to be unhappy. Need to learn how to serve FRESH fries etc and re-train employees to not skimp on quantities... cold rubbery and half full fries are a serious problem here!

Wendy's is great! Love the food... menu has so much selection. They always have coupons and free drinks for seniors.

Who ever was working the night of Sunday July 10, 23 at the Wendy’s on SR 54 next to Taco Bell and Dunkin. You guys did a great job on the food! My sandwich was delicious and the fries salted perfectly! Thank you!

This is only my opinion but wendys has the best breakfast food and options and the prices are still reasonable compared to other fast food chains.

Honestly, the best fish sandwich I've ever had! I'm not supposed to eat gluten due to an intolerance but when I feel like punishing myself, this is my indulgence. It's so good!

The fella who took my order had the personality of a board.
Not rude. Just no smile. No hello no how are you today. And no goodbye. Have a nice day or anything. I mean he could have been dead standing there and I wouldn't have known the difference

Miguel was superb! He went the extra mile to get my order completed when my mobile app crashed and lost my order after I paid for it. He memorized my whole order right at the drive thru and then personally brought it out to me. Very nice young man!

I went through drive through, and ordered a sandwich meal and asked for a chili instead of fresh. She said that any of the combos could substitute chili instead of frys. That was a plus for me, trying to stay away from alot of starches. I was very good and satisfying.

The staff is extremely friendly. The manager really knows how to select the best employees. All of the staff are excellent and certainly a credit to Wendys. Of course, it goes without saying the food is great and is a wonderful value for all of us seniors who are on Social Security.

Very unprofessional to wear your work sun visor flipped upside down working the window. The night we went through the drive through they had no baked potatoes left which is unacceptable because someone should have ran to the store for a sack of bakers if they were waiting on their normal supply truck. This has happened to us more than twice; no baked taters. 😞

Wendy's is like family!
I used to be a regular at the restaurant across from Wendy's. I got my breakfast from there every morning for years until one day I decided to try Ms.Sue's Wendy's. I was greeted by a warm friendly voice at the drive-thru and served delicious food, quickly and efficiently. Since then I have been going to Ms.Sues Wendys daily, for over a year. I know almost everyone's name and get that same warm greeting every morning. I look forward to it and it always brightens my day! After receiving the great service I have over the past year, I can't see myself going anywhere else for breakfast. excellent staff, at an excellent restaurant, all held together by an excellent manager, Ms.Sue. I'm a very happy customer and will continue to frequent this restaurant for the foreseeable future. Thank you to all the hard workers at Ms.Sue's Wendy's! I'll see you tomorrow! 👍😁

After being a manager for Wendy's for many years, as well as a training store Assistant manager, I really have to give this store and it's staff a BIG SHOUT OUT. Your store would make Dave Thomas proud. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was The best quick service meal I have had in Many years. Definitely proved quality is your recipe.

Got a refund because of “out of order” coke soda.

I had a good experience, the lady who took the order was very friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. The restaurant looked clean and inviting. The location is great right off SR 54

The staff at this Wendy's is always so incredibly sweet every time I go there. While other places have their level of service diminishing due to lack of staff, this location seems to have found some gems.

We have several doctor's office near this Wendy's so call in there after appointments. They have great 'Value' sandwiches, and being seniors, we are fortunate enough to get drinks for free, including refills. The restaurant is always clean, and the counter staff are very accommodating. Sometimes there is a wait, but mainly when the drive through is busy.

Always a good choice, plus they have a grilled chicken option which is a plus for me. Also, if you are going to order 30 or more chicken nuggets from Wendy's then I suggest the nugget platter. You get 50 nuggets for $9.99. Tons of sauces are included! Really good deal.

A very nice Wendy's. Friendly staff. Today there was a little misunderstanding on my Order and the front clerk Christine took care of it with absolute no problem. Thank you Christine keep up the excellent customer service.
