Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I love this Cracker Barrel. The food is always up to par, and delicious 😋 pancakes with their natural syrup are to die for. The service is always friendly and attentive.

Came here for breakfast after waiting a whole year to try their Cheesecake Stuffed pancakes, and let me tell ya, it was well worth it!

The pancakes, which I feared to be dense and super rich, were actually light and fluffy, their cheesecake filling was more like a whipped cream cheese cake flavor filling, which while still pretty sweet, had a cheesiness that undercut the overly sweet flavor you'd expect. Of course they didn't require a drop of syrup, but I did use all of the strawberry topping that was provided to add some extra moisture to the fluffy pancakes. And they come with eggs, hash brows, and bacon or sausage. All of which I sucked down too fast as I was starving.

My mother ended up ordering the Old Timer, which she promptly filled up on and foisted the remaining biscuits and eggs upon me. Not that I'm complaining, but she said it was only because she was full and not because her meal wasn't good.

Afterwards we perused the country store section and ended up with more then a few knickknacks, mostly as souvenirs for my coworkers and family back home. But all in all we only spent a little over $30 for the meal, which I felt was a steal for the service and quality of food we received. I hope to return again!

We’ve frequented this franchise numerous times before and it has always been a hit. Today was no exceptions. Was seated quickly, ordered drinks and then ordered food. Our food was delicious and appetizing. Atmosphere was soothing as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I’m submitting this review to say that our server Amber was amazing! Food was really good! However…I would like to say that the “manager on duty” Jim was just walking around talking to customers while the servers had to clear their own tables. I think the manager could make a big difference in customer service and keeping everything flowing nicely if they would just refill drinks and clear finished dishes. That’s considered great management/leadership.

Only went to shop as I often do when I travel. Great shop for self, family and gifting. Staff in New Port Richey wonderful as always. I come here to my house when not staying in Va with my sick Dad. The only place I ever shop is at Cracker Barrel. I don’t have time to shop but love the atmosphere at Cracker Barrel and your shop. My aunt and uncle took me to my first Crackle Barrel in East Tenn as a child. I fell in love with it. Keep up providing the quality of service you do. Its the only place I buy my clothes. Thanks

Cracker Barrel has never disappointed me. They have an amazing selection of food on their menu and at prices I always order a meal to take home for later. Service was amazing, before my drink was even empty I had a refill waiting. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a good meal without breaking the bank. The store is a bonus for cute knick knacks.

Let's start by saying I went on Thanksgiving with a party of 7. I did call ahead seating and we still had to wait a little while, but that was okay and completely understandable. The wait was worth it we were seated at a round table and my family absolutely loved it. Are waitress was absolutely wonderful! The food was amazing and the day was perfect Thank you for outstanding

Jackie was our server. I think she did a great job with the hand she was dealt. She has a great personality and was definitely a great server.

They were super busy and understaffed. I know that is pretty much normal now, however it can ruin a dining experience. I could tell everyone was pulling their weight and I cannot say anything bad about something that was out of their control.

If managment is worried about cutting labor thats another story.

Our food was good. Our server was good and the place was clean so the boxes were checked.

I absolutely love cracker barrel, but this one specifically. It's our go to place for breakfast, my most complimented clothing comes from their gift shop, and service and food are consistently reliable. We've been to quite a few in Florida, but we always say that none compare to our area's location .

Our visit to CB was good. The service is always good. The food can be alittle bland sometimes. The atmosphere is always nice, but it gets loud. The high ceilings don't help that. And I love the store. There are always neat and interesting items there. I even go there to shop when I'm not eating. Overall everything was fine. Very nice and pleasant servers.

I highly recommend this place. My favorite day to go is Saturday. It's the only time that they have the Pork Chop Special. Service is great, and their store is awesome. Beware, though most items come from China. Kind of odd, right? A country store in USA selling mostly items from China. Otherwise I love going there it's a nice experience. Be sure to sign up for their new club so you get your points when you make a purchase.

Enjoyed a birthday breakfast with my daughter and son-in-law. Food was great as well as the service. Love the new mobile pay feature.

The food and service were amazing. The older lady waiting by the paid for to go orders seemed quite apprehensive of me taking my paid for food but didn't do the same with the gentleman prior to me which made me feel a little uneasy. But the overall service and food was amazing definitely using this store again

Serves comfort food. I had the meatloaf, friend had fish platter. Both platters were very good. Price is reasonable. Will definitely recommend. Finding a parking spot was difficult.

Our server Aisha was great. She was attentive friendly and we had prompt service. The restaurant was very busy and we were amazed at how efficient our server was. The food was warm and very good.

I went to Cracker Barrel on Saturday, 9/2/23 to get some breakfast. It was very busy at the time of my visit and it was very loud in the restaurant. I asked to be seated in a quiet spot and the hostess put me in a good place. I was greeted very quickly by the waiter, Wayland, and he took my drink order. Wayland was a great waiter and was very friendly and efficient. I ordered French toast, eggs, bacon, & hash browns. The food came out really fast and hot. It was very plentiful and delicious. I would order the same breakfast again. It was $10.99. I could not eat all the French toast so I took it home. The real maple syrup you get is a real treat! Great job, Cracker Barrel! I’ll be back.

Have I ever had a bad meal at a Cracker Barrel? Maybe once, when they first introduced their fried chicken. But I tried it again this time after several years, and it was very very good. This is the most consistent restaurant outside of a Waffle House.

We came in for Thanksgiving dinner and sat in Aisha's section. The service was great and the food was just as good. Our family is so appreciative of Aisha and the Cracker Barrel crew for sacrificing time with their families during the holidays to ensure our family had a delicious Thanksgiving meal we didnt have to prepare or clean up from.

To the Karen who sat behind us: If you can't be understanding of the fact that not all restaurants are open on Thanksgiving and Christmas, and those working in the restaurants that are open are just trying to keep up with the demand, you should probably just keep your miserable self at home. Shame on you for being nasty and complaining to the manager. If you can do a better job serving food to your family, stay the heck home!

As always, we love having breakfast at Cracker Barrel. I liked the new sampler option. Service was great.

Always love Cracker Barrel. Not sure how they make everything taste better than most places. It is very nice here. And the country store is very fun. Love it.
