I loved the service I got at Courtesy Palm Harbor. They made the buying experience enjoyable & I didn’t feel pressured to change my desires I had set in my mind for me to have peace & feel confident in my purchase.
My husband bought his car from there in 2021 & we went back to see if I could find what I was looking for there too. I was about to step into a completely different car at a different dealership but struggling with complete peace on the decision. My husband asked me to hit the pause button on that purchase till after trying out Courtesy. From the time I walked on there I was able to express what I was looking for & got exactly that in my Honda Pilot & the experience I had with our sales rep & the sales manager was one of peace & cooperation to get me at a place I felt comfortable & not pressured. I loved my experience & would recommend this dealership without hesitation.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Courtesy Palm
Harbor Honda. My Honda Element is a 2010 with 232,000 miles. It’s been a great car but today it suddenly stopped running. I was on 19 and was able to get it towed to Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. They were awesome! They determined it was the alternator (which was the original part from the factory). They also were able to find a replacement alternator which they had delivered to their location. In addition, they stayed open past closing time to get the alternator installed and get me on my way. They were extremely professional and helpful. Special thanks to Tracy Korfias the service drive manager. She coordinated everything and she and her amazing team went above and beyond! I highly recommend them for any of your car maintenance needs. I truly appreciated their help today.thank you thank you thank you

After chatting with an online representative regarding rear differential fluid service I was contacted by Ms. Tracy from Palm Harbour via email. This was my first time dealing with Courtesy Honda. My experience from online to interfacing with the awesome Ms. Tracy was superb from the get go. She was understanding and was prompt and wonderful in communication. She kept me informed and updated on pricing to service updates not just online but also while in the service center. I have never experienced such care and empathy at an auto dealer. I think I have found a great service place for my Honda, thanks to Ms. Tracy Korfias.

I recently had a great experience purchasing a Honda Odyssey here! Traded in my Jeep and got a nice Honda Odyssey. Sheila was very professional, kind, helpful and such a sweetheart. I had the pleasure of working with Sandra when I was in a tough place and needed a car desperately. After fighting with an insurance claim my patience was thin going into the process. As soon as I started working with Sandra, I was finally able to see light at the end of the tunnel. If you are a no nonsense person who does not have time for any games, Sandra is the person to work with. She genuinely cares about getting you a good deal and is open and honest at every point in the transaction. If there was an option to leave a higher rated review for Sandra, I would absolutely pick that option. I cannot speak highly enough of her.

I look for 3 days at used trucks every single dealership I went to had one price online and when you got there it was way different fee after fee click bait pretty much , so I stopped by here to check out a used f150 they had online and the price was the price no added fee after fee . This place is by far the best , honest , and truly fair dealer I have dealt with .my sale person Tarah could tell I was frustrated from all the other dealers she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She has impressive knowledge and is extremely professional so I purchased the truck and I love it . She even followed up weeks after to make sure I was still happy . Super nice waiting away with free snacks, water and coffee. Easy to work from the location in Palm Harbor, lots of computer outlets and open space. Only issue was a lady talking on her speaker phone almost the entire time she was waiting for her car! Gave her a look, stopped for awhile and then she started again, no phone etiquette. Suggest putting a sign at various work areas to please be respectful of your neighbor who may be working.

I’m not one for having the time to leave reviews, however after my experience with Palm Harbor Honda I felt I needed to let others know. From the beginning I experienced something one doesn’t encounter much any more in this day and age. I was looking for the perfect truck to replace my recently totaled vehicle. I came across this dealership in one of the searches I created and found the truck I’ve been searching for, but unfortunately it was well outside of my budget. The search continued. The next day I ran across the listing again and accidentally clicked the check availability button and felt bad as somebody was going to have to call to follow up and I’d have to tell them I clicked by mistake wasting their time. To my surprise after I explained to Sam, the sales person that reached out to me about what happened and that I had to keep looking as the truck was just too expensive he stated that he would get with his manager to see if their was anything he could do. A few hours had passed, as I pretty much wrote off the fact that Sam had even tried as I was just to far away from where I would need to be to purchase the truck in the payment range I needed to be in. Crazy enough I received a text from Cooper, Sam's sales manager. He responded with asking me if I would like any more info or up close photos of the vehicle, he introduced himself and said he thought we could make a deal. Long story short, Cooper and the team got it done and then we met Sandy and Brandon making amongst the many other awesome folks at Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. We drove 3.5 hours, sight unseen to purchase this vehicle, from the moment we got there and days later with follow up calls and genuine care for their customers buying a vehicle has forever changed for my wife and I. Positive experience but getting parts for a minor repair has been slow. I understand there are supply chain problems but it has been over two mos. Thanks to the service rep that checked me out last oil change I was told it should be in about a WK...still waiting.

I had a great experience purchasing a Honda here. Sales representative Tara Meyerowitz was very professional, transparent with all the information and very helpful through the entire process. I contacted her with the interest to reserve a 2023 CRV. She reserved and contacted me as soon as the vehicle was available. She went above and beyond my expectations in all aspects of this purchase as my first time purchasing a Honda. I was a little concerned finding a dealership that I can trust. However, Tara gave me a lot of confidence since I felt she treated me as any of her friend or family purchasing. Even after the purchase she continued providing the best service!!
I can assure it is not easy to find this kind of service in other places you go.

Bought two cars there 9 yr ago, going there for oil change and maintenance. Always friendly, great customer service and affordable prices! Yesterday, I stopped by due to issues with tire there was a nail and at the end they didn't charge me for fixing my tire because they remember me as a loyal customer. Highly recommend this place, soon will look for a new Honda possibly Hybrid. Nicholas was my technician advisor - great customer service! Thank you 😊

I recently purchased a 2024 CR-V Hybrid Touring from them. Although I received a good discount on the MSRP, my final price ended up slightly higher.

I always recommend working with Jackie Panettiere for vehicle purchases or inquiries. She made my first-time car buying experience exceptionally smooth. I appreciate her suggestions and guidance, she is a highly experienced salesperson.
