7-Eleven

I go to this 711 all the time and always have a pleasant experience....well the other day as I went to pump gas, I paid with a 100 dollar bill and the change I was given later turned out to be counterfeit. I didn't know what to do, a couple coworkers recommended I call the police and make a report. I did this and was told that since criminality cannot be proven, there was nothing they could do.

Since I frequent this establishment often I shared my experience with a couple of cashiers and they promised to speak with the manager. Well I happen to be in today and the GM (Don) was present and had been briefed on the situation. I gave him the time and date in which the ACCIDENT happened and sure enough he found the recording and gave me the money that was counterfeit and taught his staff a very valuable lesson.

I too learned a lesson so all is not lost

I had an AMAZING experience in your store with a kind woman named Sandy. I been coming there for over 2 years and was about to give up on your store . She changed my thoughts. I told her of some of my gripes. She reassured me, that things have changed and to please not give up. She was so convincing that I am gonna keep coming and give a chance. TWO THUMBS UP FOR SANDY AT 7/11 on Trouble Creek and Rowan Rd. 👍👍

Very sweet lady and the store seemed so quiet. Very nice place to shop. Gas isn't what I wanted since other gas stations are lowered like 3.15 - 3.09

Purchasing gas only is always a task you need to do in a hurry. It seems to never fail when the pump you are on says to "see cashier" for whatever reason. This time I was pleasantly surprised the cashier/clerk was greeting me and ready for the transaction as I entered the store.

I was reading these review's and if you have not been here after reading them you would probably opt to take your business elsewhere. I do not normally leave review's but I just had to for this store.
THIS 711 IS AMAZING....
The staff is helpful they always have a smile on there face and everytime you walk in they say Hello or Good Morning etc....
You feel welcomed into the store.
Ashley the store manager is FANTASTIC. She is there often and always helpful if you need anything.

Jeff, Kayla,Heather,Jen and are super friendly and again always saying hello. They are always sweeping cleaning and keeping up with fresh coffee etc.

I felt compelled to write because the reviews on here are terrible. After reading them I thought I was reading about a different store so I just had to add a review on there behalf.

To sum it up this 711 and its staff are one of the best. I drive out of my way just to come to this store if your old enough to remember the show CHEERS once they get to know you when you stop in it's like seeing old friends. Keep up the great work. This is one customer who will keep driving out of her way to come to this 711.

I love going to this 7-Eleven! I usually stop in early in the morning and always am greeted by a smile and friendly good morning by Jen who usually works the overnight shift. She even knows the names of the regular customers and greets them by name!

Cashier named Jen is such a doll..she has a great heart for customers..I love her..great customer service

Man people with over expectations. Bad milk, judging people. Like the world doesnt curse. Fun staff, spilled a drink some time ago an the girl was only one on duty during rush, so I stuck around to clean my mess and help.. give them their music back. My ears hurt when I go I here. Where is the music.

Cashiers are always helpful and with smiles. A friendly stop for gas and snacks etc.
