This is my go-to place for everything Walgreen's. I had a bad experience with a COVID-19 vaccination at the Walgreen's on Little Road. This one has better service at their pharmacy.

Yesterday I dropped off a pre-stamped FedEx package at the photo department area. The young man was nice.

I highly recommend this location.

Calista was so friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find a similar product to a product that I like that is being discontinued.

Today I had a Tonsillectomy, its quite hard to swallow. I was prescribed a liquid pain reliever which apparently is extremely under stocked at almost every pharmacy! Walgreens was the only place that had it available. They dont take my insurance, therefore, I was prepared to pay out of pocket. It was an emergency situation. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful. I really appreciate her effort though they didnt have enough to fill it. I did find another place to fill it, however, customer service means everything! I would definitely recommed this store. TYSM!!!

Lovely staff, so helpful l literally was astonished by what occurred as I was googling a "certain home remedy" to substitute expensive OTC equivalent name brands, certainly I appeared just as perplexed with confusion as what my brain was undergoing as I blocked the most relevant medicine isle, a beautiful and super intelligent young lady asked me.... Maybe help you sir, you look a bit...Unsure... YES I REPLIED as I snapped back to earth safely and then boom! This angelic associate heard my reason for my dumbfounded presence and kid you not .... As if she was Google her self, worded and explained just about to the Tee what the effective home remedy I was just googling and looking for... Like woah . Mind blown. God like and a hero. and I WILL be back!

I just wanted to give Hannah a shout out for being so pleasant and happy to work with. It was late on a Saturday afternoon and I needed to print something and had questions- she was just such a pleasure and made the experience a total breeze. Thank you, Hannah!

I have had nothing but positive experiences in the store part of this Walgreens and Dave their manager has always been very helpful.i am giving this store five stars because of the great customer service provided by their manager Dave who really goes the extra mile to help you The mediclinic run by Advent is another story. I had to go there for Tb test for a new job and went there last Friday . I made an appointment for 5:10 I was curtly informed by a lady in blue uniform that they were running behind and it would be “ a while “ until they could see me. The nurse practitioner apologized giving “ computer issues “ as the reason they were backed up and she gave me the Tb test about twenty minutes later . She gave me a piece of paper documenting the test and told me to return 48 hours later for a reading . She gave me no information about the hours of the clinic and left me with the impression that it would be a simple matter of walking in and they would read the test as positive or negative and I’d be on my way . BUT NO. THIS CLINIC IS NOT EASY: ITS DIFFICULT and Most Importantly They don’t help you with any of it ! When I went back on Monday at 9 to get it read the same lady in Blue uniform curtly informed me they were booked up til 12:30 with appointments and I’d need to make yet another appointment just to get my Tb test read . WHAT A HASSLE! WHY DIDN’T SHE TELL ME THAT BEFORE? WHY DIDN’T SHE ASSIST ME IN DOING THIS? ( I had never in my life been to their clinic before and so I needed this help and information) I would rate this clinic an F in customer service !!!!! Finally the second nurse practitioner ( different one than the one who gave me the test on Friday ) helped me to make an appointment at 5:10 the same day to have my test read ! Stay away from this clinic because they don’t have time for you and their customer service is awful

Charles is GREAT! He's on top of his stuff!very fast and friendly! Every time I'm there the staff and especially Charles is awesome, couldn't ask for a better pharmacy. Definitely keep Charles around he works faster than any other pharmacy personnel I've ever seen. GREAT job Charles! Rob.

Charles in the pharmacy is an absolute first class employee as are the rest the team. Great pharmacy best Walgreens ever. They are super friendly and Charles goes above n be beyond
