This is a very beautiful park! I enjoy walking the causeway as the sun goes down. Parking is conveniently located to the water ($5 parking fee) and there are also easy to access bathrooms. Note- they will kick you out as SOON as the sunsets.

Long trails through the woods. Plenty wide, smooth, and clean. First time I've been to a park with zero litter. The trails would be great for bikes or wheelchairs. Lots of covered picnic areas, plenty of room for at least 20 or more people in each one with charcoal grills in each.

There is a playground in the wooded area that i think is fenced. It's probably good for people with multiple kids.

This park is patrolled, and littering is heavily fined as is letting your dogs off a leash, except the water area of the first half of the bridge. I love that.

Pet friendly until the bridge. It's not actuality a bridge, but it is well above water with water on both sides. There is parking on the bridge, and there are steps down so people can let their dogs swim until the halfway point.

There is a small island surrounded by a beach. I had my dog with me so I couldn't get out but the beach looked nice from the parking lot.

Pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the drive through the wooded winding roads, then the final drive across the water into a perfect little oasis! Not to mention all the great picnic shelters for family gatherings.

Beautiful park. Have come here since I was a kid. Well maintained. Watch dolphins as you cross the causeway.

Beautiful scenery great place for a relaxing walk with the family. The drive in was breathtaking . The beach area is all the way at the end of the park. It wasn’t too crowded on a Sunday to my surprise. The first address I used brought me to the park in the front but if you keep driving towards the back it’ll bring you to this beautiful open area on the water.

Parking with only a few steps to the water! Pay with credit card on parking machine. Nice space to relax. Bring a beach umbrella or beach tent, a tie up hammock… chairs, cooler… tons of sunblock. Very nice. Water was clear, shore was clean. We set up on the side and it is more secluded. Etsy’s straight into the main beach.

The park itself is beautiful and full of trails. There are plenty of places to park, walk and overall enjoy nature. The causeway and beach are spectacular and worth seeing. The beach has an option for rentals.

This place is truly incredible. Beautiful beyond words. I highly recommend not parking at the beach but rather park at the state park entrance and walk to the beach, not only is this a stunning walk but you also avoid the parking fee. Many people chose this and we are definitely glad we did. Get here before 10 am to avoid most of the crowds that follow in after. Lovely nature walks and also perfect for bike riding. Bring your camera for sure.

Great hidden gem. Clean with plenty of shade. No waves and had a nice size bank for kids to enjoy. Highly recommend.
Parking was about $5 for 5 hours.
Dogs aren't allowed.

Lovely little beach. Plenty of parking for $5 is via machine. It doesn't give receipt so make sure you enter your phone number so they text you one. Bathrooms are clean with soap and paper towels. Water is calm and there's lots of seaweed. Outside shower and water fountain. There was also a Kona ice truck on site Nice little beach.

Great place to take the kids for the day. After all the ocean fun, we stop at the playground on the way out and grill up some hamburgers. By the time we get home, the kids bathe and fall asleep before dark. We love it!

This park is absolutely breathtaking, you can enjoy the mainland park, park right on the causeway, or go to take he cause way to the beautiful island keylet and have a mini tropical getaway. The sunsets here sare amazing. You can bring dogs on the mainland island and causeway but not the key.

Diamond in the rough. 11/10 highly recommend this beach for a day trip. Or if you're local you probably already know how awesome this beach is. They do have a kona ice if you're interested. They do hot dogs until they sell out. I personally brought my own food and drinks. But I'm definitely coming back!

Really nice small beach, great place to go early in the morning to meditate or just relax. Love that there is a lifeguard. There are restrooms available, which is a plus as well. Definitely a little hidden gem.

We absolutely loved it. Had no issues. Paid $5 for parking, but it was definitely so worth it. Definitely plan on going back soon. Friendly, clean restrooms, clean beach. There we're no issues with anyone. Water was clear, and we even got to see some fish as well as 3 dolphins, which was so cool. Definitely would recommend it. Plan on going back to fish as well. It's worth the trip.

Very nice park. Nice shelters for picnics and family gatherings. We parked in the main part of the park and walked out the causeway to the beach. Very nice beach. Even though it was a windy day we enjoyed the walk. Loads of birds to see.

[This park is a pay to park]Great park to get away from the busy city around you. Plenty of nature trails and picnic areas. Kayaking trails are also here. Perfect place to bring your dog for a swim (only on the causway not at the beach)
