The agents are helpful. Shop around first though, every agency isn't for everybody. You must be with a company first & the agency to see how they are. Insurance is a trip in itself. Study & take notes

Worse claim experience possible. On 5/30 My house burnt it is now 9/20 and there has absolutely nothing been done on repairs. Estimated repairs cost $286,000.00 amount received so far $1,500.00. To make matters worse I am now living in a burnt down house with no power, water, gas or cable. Thanks Allstate I feel like I'm in your hands but you dropped and kicked me.
