Excellent without a doubt. I spoke with 3 different legal teams when looking to hire an attorney for my case, and after speaking with Susannah McKinney, there was no doubt in my mind that she has experience, in-depth knowledge base of Louisiana law, and the aptitude to follow through and communicate clearly. The firm requires $250-275 just for a consultation. They have the tag as providing "employment lawyers" but for those seeking assistance after being unfairly terminated, it's unfair to require so much money up front just for a consultation with no guarantee of legal representation.

Poor communication, Doug Kraus will charge you twice than the original amount he quoted, accomplish none of what you need, and treat you very rudely when you simply call to ask a question about why the bill is suddenly twice the amount after you haven't heard from him in 3 months. Can't speak to Brenner but she seems like the one you should talk to based on the other reviews. Doug just takes advantage of people in bad situations. Really awful experience.
