Bourbon Place by Sextant

Perfect location!!! The condos were very well renovated for being an older building. Everything was clean and taken care of. They were super convenient and within walking distance of pretty much anywhere and if you didn't want to walk, the street cars were across the street. The natural lighting in the kitchen and main living space was incredible. The body wash and bathroom amenities were very nice. Easy check in, check out and Roami management were quick to professionally respond to any questions. The bedroom beside the balcony was very noisy, but that is to be expected for the location. We really enjoyed everything and would rent here again.

Great place super close to Bourbon street. Relatively quiet at night aside from the occasional cable car. Definitely planning on staying here again.

Awesome place to stay!! We had 5 people and plenty of space in the 2bd/2ba apartment. The location was perfect, close to bourbon street but far enough that it wasn’t so noisy. The only negative I would say is that they only gave us one key. With 5 people (who were not always doing the same thing) it was a little tricky. Otherwise, great place and we’ll definitely stay again our next trip to New Orleans.

Location was great. North Carondelet is actually the end of Bourbon Street - the name just changes across Canal St. 1 bdrm apartment had no windows, but there was a skylight in the dining area. Apartment was clean and modern. The building is old, so you can hear the people staying above you. There is some street noise, but nothing like the craziness of bourbon. Safe for walking with the exception of alone late at night.

Great Location right across Canal to Bourbon Street. Not to far from anything walking distance to some nice places to eat and visit. I would definitely book this location again.

1st time using stay Alfred will be using them again wasn't cramped like some hotels apt was huge and felt like being at home close to all attractions

The apartment is amazing everything you need is in the apartment. If you need some stuff there stores you can walk too to fulfill your needs
