The entire experience was wonderful until it came time to pay the bill. They had to go and ruin it by putting the automatic payment device on the table. We enjoyed our waitress and would have liked to tip her directly!

My wife and I had a great experience. The server Annalise was amazing. She always had a smile on her face, and was so sweet! She was on top of everything, and knew the menu quite well. She answered all of my questions and gave really good recommendations. The food was delicious, especially the dinner rolls! We will definitely be back, and will request her. I highly recommend if you want great food and service, try Texas Roadhouse and ask for Annalise.

Had Marissa as our waitress even though they were very busy she treated us like we were the only ones there. Her service was spot on and she was very attentive and checked on us the entire meal. Food was excellent and cooked exactly how we asked for it. I will definitely be back and will be requesting Marissa. Thanks for a great evening.

Everything was great. Drinks and appetizers came out quickly. Food was overall amazing!! There was a small hiccup with our steak temperatures, but it was quickly rectified and handled promptly. The wait time was minimal upon arrival. Staff and management were very professional and tentative. Definitely a great meal. I couldn't take pictures because I was enjoying myself.

This place was seriously packed..they bartender was on top of it and I am glad I came here based on reviews..the one on North shore had horrible reviews and I wanted a a solid experience and this location did not disappoint.. bartender worked the whole bar solo and killed it. She had a perfect flow to keeping the seats moving in and out.

Delicious, came out perfect and on Valentine’s Day. Can’t get any better.

Although this place was packed(as it always is) we were sat fast and asked for our drink and appetizer order quickly. Service was great very fast and efficient and food come out pretty fast, very hot and delicious 🤤 the bread was amazing it’s probably my favorite part of this place. Drinks stayed full and we were checked on often. Thank you Matthew for the great service 😬

Hey gang.. This place was really good. Me, my husband and our 3 children ate here and the food was cooked well and tasted great. Our waitress Nae was great and she was so kind!! Whoever said the steak was like a rubber boot shouldn’t be so sassy and maybe lighten up a bit.. Anyways, the food came fairly quick and was delicious.

It was a long line, but we skipped cause we were two adults at the bar 🍸🤪 Placing a bet on your mobile device, before watching the football games is one of the best parts about waiting (WHO DAT) plus u see I was hungry as hell and everything was great 👍🏽

I have been here several times since I moved to this area and I have to say it's never disappointed. The steaks are always cooked to perfection and the employees are always extremely nice. Anytime I've had an issue, I was able to speak to a manager at the restaurant and they resolved my issue right away. Will continue to come back and recommend this place to anyone, it may always be somewhere between 20 minutes to an hour wait but it is always worth it.

We had a great dinner. My ribeye was perfectly cooked medium rare. Baked potato came loaded with butter as I requested. Best fried onion ever, not greasy at all. Great service from Darius. He checked on us every five minutes. Can't wait to go back.

Always good food and Awesome service

A long, long wait. Spent a total of three hours there. Went at 430, got our table at 520 (which was expected) and since they were so backed up for a Friday our food took a really, really long time. We didn't get out of the resturant until 730. But over all It was good and the wait is to be expected with the holidays and for a Friday, so still a 5/5!

Always a good time for our family. The kids LOVE everything on the kid's menu! Very family-oriented. The steaks always taste fresh and grilled to perfection. Tastes like home.

Didn't get a picture of the steak and fries today, because I was so hungry. Yummy food. Gotta love the bread and cinnamon butter! Service was exemplary! Will be back

Always a great atmosphere, ribs are delicious and falls off the bone. Love their chili also. Can never have enough of their fresh bread with cinnamon butter.

Brandi and Christina did a wonderful job at the bar! Quick and very nice service, got our food and drinks asap. Will be back again if we're looking for an easy dinner option.

Texas Roadhouses is always a great choice! We had a larger group on a busy day, so it took us a while to be seated. Food came out quickly and everything was correct. We all left full and happy with our experience!
