Great customer service … store is getting better

Feels like you're getting mugged by panhandlers and crackheads at this location wanting 50 cents. Would not allow none of my girlfriends to visit alone, well maybe the one who won't shut up. They won't take her after spending 5 minutes with her.

I got a work for Shiftsmart today 09/8/2023 in this store a 6:00 am
And I and I came on time, I showed my phone to the store manager and he didn't want to open the door for me. At 6:15 he opened the door for me and yelled at me to leave. He was very rude. There were employees outside. He was very aggressive. I Call the police and report the incident.

I rated this Circle K that ia located at 1517 West Bank Expressway, Harvey La a 1- Star Rating because of a sign on the entrance door at 1:30am on 11/18/2020 which read: Store Close 1a.m until 3a.m. In the cooler. I was very surprised that the staff member which is allways working the grave yard shift is closing down this establishment for 2 Hour in order to go in the cooler. I than started talking pictures of the entrance and the sign that was placed on the door and even inside and also the filthy parking lot and was walking back to get back inside my car when the staff member started yelling something at me as I was driving off. This particular grave yard shift staff member about a week ago was arguing with a customer about something. This location is on Manhattan and you have a few homeless guys panhandling right in front of the entrance of the establishment. There is no "Accountability" for what the staff member does at night and pretty much they do what they want at this location! I would not recommend my followers or family and friends to patronize this location intil accountability is put in place.

If you live on the westbank you know this is the worst circle k but if you don't, don't bother stopping it's not worth the long wait or the extreme bother, not to mention their fountain drinks are permanently closed since covid. I don't think they intend to ever open that section again at this location, even though everyone else has. Most places have the roller grill items back up now, not this location. Also no bathroom. Manhattan and westbank expressway.

This location is very sketchy by having several guys in front by the entrance loitering! I felt unsafe by there presence! It's one thing being a customer but there another by just hanging around drinking alcohol and conversating as if there on there block!

I even called and spoke to the guy cashier that told me they get ran off but comes back within minutes.

Well try calling Jpso and having the same individuals given a ticket for trespassing, than I guarantee you that those certain individuals will not be back anytime soon!

I would not patronize this location until they fix there loitering problem, that's getting out of hand!

DO NOT GO HERE. Came in at 9pm, store clerk was being rude and claimed I had an attitude when all I ask was to put $20 on the pump. Her crack head friend that was wandering around the store that night then chased me out and cussing at me for apparently disrespecting the clerk. I ran to my car and drove away w/o pumping. Later returned with JPSO to get my money back. A BUNCH of his crack head friends hanging out in front of the store asking for money. UNSAFE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Just stood at the counter for 5 plus minutes as a line of people grew behind me. 4 employees behind the counter who didn't even acknowledge the presence of customers. I walked out without making my purchase.

Stopped here to get gas employee was coming outside to smoke a cigarette when I arrived she was making all the customers stand outside and wait for her to take her time to finish smoking her cigarette because she wanted a smoke break before we could go inside to make purchases so I just left to go somewheres else

Good gas prices, but all ways have people asking for money outside the store.
