I really am at a lose of words for this place and the owner Deborah. The items at Intaglia are always very trendy and good quality and such a great deal compared to similar items online. I think what makes this place exceptional is the customer service. Deborah is so responsive to text messages and will send over photos of items based on inquiry. The kindest thing is how out of her way she went to ensure I had a very sentimental gift for my partner for Christmas. I bought a frame with a little quote on it back in March for my boyfriend which ended up getting lost in our move. It was a very special thing for us because of the saying and I was gutted when it came up missing. I texted Deborah and asked if she had any and she went out of her way to go to the store (it’s closed for the holidays), pick up the last frame for me and print a new sign for inside of the frame based on our last one. Guys, this little frame is $15 so I doubt it’s about the monetary gain here. I’m in tears at the thought of someone doing something so special for another person. Debrorah, if you are reading this - thank you SO much.

Really great place! The selection and quality of furniture, rugs and art is fantastic, but the owner is the real difference maker. Tim was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and has a great eye for design.

Great store with unique furnishings at competitive prices. My wife and I drop by frequently just to browse. I ordered a custom chair from them, and they visited my house at no charge to recommend a material/color after my wife and I were unable to reach a consensus. Fantastic customer service!

I love my sofa! I’d had experience shopping at Intaglia before....Chicago and St. Louis. Tim and his staff are great. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been an industry professional for many years and I highly recommend Intaglia!

Such a great space, unbelievable improvement over the auto shop it used to be. Great curated items, local makers mixed in, changes frequently, super friendly people, fun community events and collaborations.

Excellent selection of custom furniture, art, gifts, and unique pieces.

Store employee was super friendly and accommodating. Items are very expensive.
