Synphne was an absolute genius with assisting me and my husband with new furniture. She listened specifically for fashion and for accommodating handicapped customers with furniture selecting. She’s amazing and will continue to do work with her. Nevertheless, will refer others. Thank you too Mr. Pete for acknowledging our needs.😁

Synphme and Pete greeted us with a warm welcome soon as we walked in. They went above and beyond and listened to what we were looking for and made it happen. The store was clean and the furniture was in stock. Especially the fast delivery.

Best place in town for furniture and it's not even close. Their prices are the lowest in the city and they have a good selection with some beautiful pieces. A true hidden gem.

Michelle My sales lady was very fun to talk to very knowledgeable and I told her what I was looking for and she went right to it , I also wanted to see if I was able to take home tonight since it was in stock and that I had a truck to pick up , she jumped on it asap and closed her sale with ease thanks again and I will be back my daughter wants the same bed so I definitely will be back

I love the Gretna store. They're always so helpful and welcoming. Mrs. Wanda really knows her stuff when it comes to what looks good. I always look for that friendly face when I walk in there. I recently bought a bedroom set for my daughter and she loves it! They also have a great selection of pictures and mirrors. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Keep up the good work Mrs. Wanda!!

I recently closed on a new home and was in need of a dinette set. After visiting numerous furniture stores, I ran across furniture mart and decided to stop by. They had a wide range of dining sets in their showroom and I was greeted by nice lady who helped me pick out the perfect set. I believe her name was Mrs. Shirley, sorry if I messed the name up but she was a tall black lady. Also, Mrs. Wanda at the desk was very helpful especially when I came back to pick up my set and I couldnt find the ticket. I only remember her name because we share the same name. The showroom is very spacious with a lot of merchandise and the workers are wonderful. Thanks ladies for giving me a great first experience!!

The Gretna store is arranged in a beautiful and appealing manner. Wanda is very helpful and knowledgeable. She really knows her merchandise. She makes my shopping experience a pleasure. I look forward to my next visit.

I purchased a king mattress from Furniture Mart in Gretna and it was a pressure free zone. Ariyell was my sales person, she was very helpful,informative and patient. Ms. Wanda checked me out and had me laughing the whole time. I would definitely buy from this store again.!!!!

Furniture Mart is a great place of business and have great employers also. Furniture Mart is the GREATEST!!!! Ms. Wanda is a great business woman and manager. She runs the store as if she was the owner and don't let nothing slip through the cracks and gets the job done expeditiously. The sales associates is very aware of promotions, sales and merchandise.

I put a down payment on a bed almost 2 years ago. Life happened and I forgot about it. Yesterday I was driving by and remembered.
I picked a few nice decorations since I didn't need a bed anymore. Amazed that they still had me in the computer after all this time

Lady was really nice , did end up he getting my bed at another place just because they had a better sale , but furniture mart definitely took their time with us, answer all questions, was very patient and understanding didn't try to rush it's out the door like St. Germain did. I appreciated the way Furniture Mart treats their customers and will be buying furniture from them!
