Great, the people are nice and super helpful. My insurance agent David Moore is the bomb!!! He answers all my questions and always calls back if he’s busy! Very Good price for insurance can’t beat it and a very clean place! I would recommend Farm Bureau to anyone in McDowell!

They're wonderful to sign you up. Once you're on-board, you will never hear from your account rep again. You will deal with the underlings, that change jobs faster than you change your socks.

Very slow to respond to requests. No proactive care towards the client (if you don't ask, they will never, ever offer).

Our head rep maybe spoke to us once in the 10+ years we had insurance.

And do NOT file a claim, cause your rates will go up. 2 claims, they threaten to drop you.

These people are thieves, their business practices are dishonest and once they take your membership money and screw you over they will not refund it. If you had asked me about 27 years ago I probably would have recommended Farm bureau but let’s just say the service isn’t as good as it use to be ... it takes days to get someone to call you back .. and heaven help if you ever have to file a claim the adjuster never calls back because they are short handed ,at least that’s the excuse..oh and it wasn’t during covid !!! It could take months with you doing all the work to get a claim taken care of .. they don’t mind going up on your insurance right away and taking your money ..

The lady taking pictures of my car was very rude and acted Iike she didn't have time to deal with me. My vehicle was also stolen so I called to see if they could possibly track my vehicle, they seemed surprisingly shocked at my question and responded like I was an idiot asking them to go out themselves and track down my 2016 lexus.
