Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Cracker Barrel is always a classic! Our waitress was new (only knew because she told us) otherwise we would’ve had no idea! She was so sweet! The food came fast and tasted delicious. There was a big fire going which was perfect on this snowy night. Each table also had a kerosene lamp which also set the mood for the space beautifully.

Always a great breakfast! We went on a Saturday around 9 AM and were seated right away. Service was great. I had the egg sandwich with bacon and cheese and the hashbrown casserole, everything was delicious!

Great Spot and of course the food is good. Megan knocked it out of the park! Super attentive, coffee never hit the bottom, and super friendly. Grandma’s Sample is the way go…. Every time. Wouldn’t think twice about coming back here. Cheers.

We wanted a sit-down meal that was relatively affordable, so we came to Cracker Barrel. It took a few minutes for us to be seated, but we ultimately ended up getting a table. Janene was our server, and she was incredibly sweet and personable. Our experience was very nice. For my meal, I got the country fried steak with two sides: a loaded baked potato and macaroni n’ cheese. The food came out after some time, and it was delicious. I never had this meal before but I enjoyed it. The food was nice and hot, and it tasted great. I would definitely recommend this location.

We enjoy dining at Cracker Barrel. This particular restaurant is conveniently located right off the highway, exit 44. We usually order breakfast and like that it is offered any time of the day. The rustic decor is interesting and entertaining to look at while you wait for your meal. The store is fun to explore and has many unique and old fashioned items.

Food was good but waitress, must have been a new and she was still learning? Had to ask for drink refills, I don’t think she came back to check on us during the meal- the table top was dirty after being bussed, not sure it was her doing as the host was wiping them
down and I had to ask for a re-wipe to remove food left from previous diners. There seemed to be enough staff handling a couple tables each so didn’t seem short staffed.

My parents love coming to this one especially for their wonderful staff, especially our server yesterday, Selena, who is attentive even when slammed! Cheers to you and this CB for running a nice restaurant!

Our server wasn't the most conscientious. Coffee was cold...15 mins later, she brought a cup of hot coffee. No iced tea refills. Bacon wasn't crispy, toast was buttered, I asked for "No butter.". She returned the bacon to the kitchen to be cooked well done. My eggs were cold by the time she returned with it and my sour dough toast "not buttered.". She kept returning to the table to get things right; then, she lost our receipt. Couldn't find it. Finally, she located it on another table. First time we experienced a server that didn't have it all together. But. as always the food was great.

The food was amazing and surprisingly cheap!! There was also a store which is a great plus! The inside was very nicely decorated and even had games to play!

Another amazing Cracker Barrel in Asheville, NC! Need a place to rest in your van, car, truck, rv, etc....stay safely here! Conveniently located off i-40! Thank you for a terrific stay & warm hospitality!

Went at lunch time on Saturday. The wait wasn't long at all. Enjoy my hamburger steak, mash potatoes and stem broccoli. They all was cooked to perfection. Of course can forget our waitress, awesome service. So, thank you. 😊

The food was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I love their gifts shop with all the unique gifts they have. We had one woman who seemed to do a little bit of everything that was unhappy and therefore treated customers in an unpleasant manner, but other than that it was great.

I arrived solo, on a cold, snowy day to be greeted by Antoinette, the lovely hostess. She fired up the logs in the hearth and seated me nearby. Her kindness was welcome! Thank you.

Food was delicious and my service was even better! Jeanine took excellent care of us and was super friendly. Next time we come back we will be asking to sit in her section. Also the cinnamon roll pie was amazing!

Honestly, the best experience we've had at any Cracker Barrel location. Our waitress, Miceala, went above and beyond with service! She's extremely efficient and takes such good care of the tables she has. I definitely recommend this location. The food was amazing as well. Thank you so much.

We had a delightful time! Country ham was amazing as well as the pancakes! Waitress was wonderful. Very little wait.

We were seated pretty quickly, and the server was right there to take our order. The food was hot and delicious! And the biscuits couldn't be beat. Our server Megan E just did a great job making us feel welcomed.

What a better experience. We had stopped coming in. The long unrealistic wait rude service and blah food was not NOT! this experience! Everything was a reminder of how it once was here. Hopefully you will be able to stay the course. We will keep coming as long as the improvements continue.

I love Cracker Barrel. Especially when traveling. A nice friendly place to take a break. Do some shopping( every store has something differen). And of course the food is always delicious. Cracker Barrel is never a disappointment

I didn't know it until after I finish my meal, but the person who cooked my steak is an ex roommate of mine and it was hands down the best steak I have ever eaten in my life! It was cooked to perfection exactly the way I like it. When he lived with me. I did all the cooking now I'm like, who knew? But other than him, this is the best cracker barrel I've ever eaten at. The employees are always great. The management is great. The food is great. The atmosphere is great. I love this place
