Beau Rivage

I am super impressed with Beau Rivage! From the moment my sister and I saw it online, we knew it was the place for us. I've been here about 5 months already and can't sing enough praises! We had a great experience touring all the way up to move in. It has been fantastic living here. Maintenance is super quick and so helpful when putting in work order. I adore the staff in the leasing office Elena and Evan - the absolute sweetest :) The homes are so cute and spacious. I love the closet space, and the outdoor patio! Keep up the great work!

I can not say enough good things about this property and the staff. Elena, the property manager, is probably one of the kindest humans I've ever met. Any issues that I have (normal apartment issues) are handled quickly, kindly, and very professionally handled. From Elena and Evan in the office (the most precious people ever) to the maintenance staff (Darius, you're amazing!), thank you for a wonderful living experience. I plan to be here for many years to come as long as these amazing people are here. If you want an amazing place to live, please please move here!

Elena, Evan and Darius are all amazing! They do everything possible to make sure you have everything you need in a timely manner. If there are issues they take care of them with a smile 😃 on their face!

The townhomes were absolutely beautiful!!! Not to mention we had the most perfect view for sunset. Definitely won’t forget the little golf cart mishap with our amazing tour guide, Evan! He was so informative, funny, and kind. Will definitely be considering moving here come April

Elena & Darius are always so so helpful! They’ve made everything super easy and always have quick responses to requests.

Ann was amazing help with anything and everything I needed. Everybody at Beau Rivage was very welcoming and willing to help you with anything. The house was ready and clean upon move in as expected. My AC was leaking water the first day I was here, and maintenance had it fixed in one day. I’ve only been here a few days, but if the rest of my stay here goes the way it has I highly recommend Beau Rivage.

I've been so impressed with all the communication from Anna Garrow. Transfers tend to be a bit more complicated, but Anna, her Supervisor and the Team made this an easy process. I'm looking forward to the community and can't wait to move in! Thank you for all your assistance.

I really enjoyed living here. The office and maintenance staff are always very nice and professional and go above and beyond! The gym is great and always clean and up kept. Same with the pool area. Loved the waterfall and lighting at night. The unit felt like brand new when I moved in. Overall a great experience!

We stayed here for 1 year while looking for a house to buy and really enjoyed our time here. The pool and dog park was perfect. We enjoyed visiting the community garden and having fresh veggies on hand. Elaine, Melanie and Darius are wonderful people! They always took care of anything we needed and put on some amazing events! They made our first townhome experience very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a temporary home especially one close to the beach to call them up and take a tour.

Elena has been a delight since the moment I walked through the doors of Beau Rivage. I am so happy with my move here. She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She has made this transition a joyful and positive one. I highly recommend Beau Rivage as your next home!

I was very pleased with the maintenance service I received.

I placed my request to fix my dishwasher at 9:30. Darius was at my door with the spare parts needed by 10:30. Dishwasher was all repaired by 10:50.

Now that is what I call good service

Just moved in to the Beau Rivage townhouses; Darius is the handyperson in charge of fixing any initial move in issues. All were minor but quickly taken care of by Darius; he was friendly, professional, and did a great job. So far, all is very very good! Very pleased with my experience so far!

Can't complain, new homes, staff have been on top of things when they have gone a bit sideways and to be honest that has only been once for the both of us. That was handle quick and without fuss. On site gym has been great, always almost empty, great equipment and I'm now buff, Staff have been great as have our neighbors, though a little bit more dog barking as of late as this neighborhood is very dog friendly. Price wise it fits our budget, could of tried another property for cheaper and the same company, but this place is 5 minutes from the golf course so that did it for us.

Darius needs a raise! He is phenomenal at his craft and is always willing to go above and beyond for the town home community. In addition to his profound work ethic, he is one of the friendlier and more genuine people I have ever known. Best of luck to Beau Rivage and its future endeavors!

My maintenance experience went so well he was in and out within 10 minutes with both items. He was very professional and friendly. I love living here. I highly recommend Beau Rivage!

Mindy in the office was so helpful to me in my housing search! She is very professional, positive, and down-to-earth. I really enjoyed my touring experience.

It's a great community and the ac units in each room really help save on the monthly electric bill. Pool and club house are really nice. Managers are sweet and professional.
