After going to at least 7 stores to replace flooring that has been water damaged for my Mom's townhouse. I went to the discount house The salesman. Mike, helped to find a product that complemented. ( There wasn't a matching product to be found anywhere) We were able to gather all the supplies needed. Shoe moulding, transition strips and the flooring at a great price. We even had laughs and jokes as we were trying to problem solve. This is a locally owned business and their customer service reflects that.

We have purchased cabinets, counter tops, windows, trim, bathroom vanities, and other items from the Discount House for multiple home projects over the last year and have had excellent service. We work mainly with Daniel who has been extremely helpful and professional. But all the employees that we have dealt with have been great as well. We would recommend Discount House to anyone looking to do home projects.

Worked with Wayne for custom carpets and padding with lots of angles. All were cut and bonded to the specifications I provided them. Very, very happy with the results. Everyone there was very helpful and asking if they could help me. Definitely recommend.

I recently worked with Brent and the other Discount House staff on a website revamp project. Throughout the course of the project, the team was AMAZING to work with. Don't pay retail until you check them out. They were welcoming, professional, and helpful. No pushy salesmen. My neighbor who's primary residence is out of State is a former general contractor and he loves them. He just bought flooring for his home and loaded his pickup.

Wayne is great! He was incredibly knowledgeable about flooring options for my rental property. He helped me make a decision on carpet and located an installer for me last minute. Everyone that works there was always helpful and observant each time I stopped by, even when I stayed 7 minutes after 1 pm when they close on a Saturday just to ask questions.

Discount house is my go-to place for all our renovations. Whether it's vanity, countertops, cabinets tile or just about anything for your mobile home or house. They always have something just right. We got all of our floors for our own home as well as our investment properties at discount house as well. They always have great prices and great people that work there. I really enjoy working with Tony and Brent with all my projects.

I love this place. No, you can't get auto parts here. If you want bath towels..don't bother. They sell only what is advertised on website. But that is why they are the best. It is family owned and family pride is at stake. We bought hardwood floors 2 years ago and searched every Big Box store ( Lowes, Home Depot ) and all flooring sales company from google search, and no one could beat their prices. And on top of that, the installers are right there, you can talk to them. Try that at Lowes. Our installer was still working there 2 years later when we went to get flooring for our second house. Needless to say, we bought the flooring there and had the same installer do the installation. Both installs were flawless

I found Brent to be the most reasonable businessman I've dealt with in more years than I can remember. Having purchased flooring and carpeting at least 3 times from Discount House over the past 5 or 6 years, I recently was re-carpeting a townhome and selected carpet which I felt after its installation was not of the quality I'd expected from Discount House. Took my case to Brent along with pictures of the finished job and after he checked the roll of this particular carpet in the warehouse agreed that there was a defect in the manufacturing of this roll of carpeting. He agreed to supply an equal number of square yards of a comparable carpet and also pay for the cost of the re-installation. Now this is what I call fair business practice!
