We dealt with Domiquie at the Wilmington office. She was outstanding and helped us to get into a unit very quickly. We weren't the best customers in the world because of our situation but she was unflappable and very calming and very efficient! The facilities are outstanding as well.

I had an excellent experience with Prime Storage! I recently encountered a problem with my lock and was worried it would take forever to resolve. However, Lastar was incredibly helpful and quick to assist. She was professional, friendly, and fixed my lock issue in no time.

The storage yard is easy to get in and out of, which makes accessing my units and parking spots hassle free. I have a couple of parking spots there, and the entire facility feels very secure. Additionally, I use a climate-controlled unit, and it has been perfect for storing my more sensitive items. It's refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service and find a facility that meets all my needs. I highly recommend Prime Storage for their secure facilities and exceptional support team. From the initial phone call to the check in to the key delivery, everything was professional and smooth and easy.
The unit is sparkling clean, and is as advertised. As they recommended, I set up auto pay to avoid any late fees.
