I called to change my primary care to Dr. Worriax I was told they accept TriCare when I called tricare to update my PCM they informed me to call the doctor back because the address on file with tricare was not the address listed for his office. I called his office back and his secretary didn’t seem to care that there was an address discrepancy and insisted that it must be tricare fault because no other insurance companies have his address wrong and I told him I would like to have him as a doctor but I can’t if the addresses don’t line up he didn’t seem to care enough to check into it. Maybe I dodged a bullet with a bad doctor because if they don’t care enough to help patients get enrolled with their services I can only imagine what kind of care they provide.
