Dr. Johnson and his staff are absolutely wonderful! The front desk is exceptionally pleasant and professional, and I was surprised when they went out of their way to assist with insurance questions. It’s not often you find that today. Lisa my hygienist, was extremely gentle and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained the process to me and gave me helpful suggestions on home care. Dr. Williams is also pretty terrific! Considering my history, I was extremely anxious about seeing a new dentist. He was very gentle, knowledgeable, and listened to my needs. I did not feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams and his staff, and have already referred two other people to him. :)

My experience at high tide dentistry was amazing. Ms Tracy took very good care of me and made sure I was comfortable. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

I love High Tide, I’ve been to many dentists over the years and none can compare. They are always so nice and take great care of my teeth! They also never try to get you to pay for stuff that’s not needed like my old dentist would do and I love that. I recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Andrew’s runs an outstanding practice. His reception staff is super friendly and helped to expedite my intake forms. Jeannine made X-rays a breeze and did a superb cleaning job! She was very thorough and took her time. Tatyana did an excellent job taking impressions, she had me in and out in less than 5 minutes! Overall a great dentistry and am looking forward to my next visit!

Dr. Andrews and staff have always been friendly and professional on each of my visits over the last couple of years. I needed major help and they have been nothing but kind and courteous as I have gone through this journey. Jeannine in particular has always made my visits fun and productive. Like a lot of folks I used to loathe going to the dentist, now its a pleasant experience I'd almost say its like visiting friends. And Jeannine is my favorite hostess for the adventure.

I've been coming here for years even before Dr Johnson took over. I will admit Dr Andrews was a little pushy on upselling crowns, fillings etc... But now that Dr Johnson is taking over he said if it was not bothering me, don't worry about it until it does. They also have some new front staff which also seemed very nice. I highly recommend them I've never had an issue with Dr Johnson.

The staff are very welcoming when you walk in and they know you by name. This is the most relaxed I have ever felt at a dentist office. They listen to your concerns and explain throughout the whole process.The also have competitive pricing which is a big plus.

Lisa did a great job with my cleaning, probably the best cleaning I have ever had. Dr. Andrew did a great job explain my options with improving my smile. look forward to my next appointments

I knew the pain I was having was a root canal issue having experienced it before, so when I called I was surprised but pleased that even though I was a new patient I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Dr. Andrews and all the staff were courteous, friendly and caring and ensured I understood what was going on regarding the diagnosis, the treatment and the cost. Preliminary care was performed that first visit with follow up appointment scheduled. The root canal treatment/ procedure was completed at the next visit and it was great that they were able to make the crown onsite and fit it at that same appointment. I was very pleased with the care and, frankly, taken aback when I received a call the next morning from Dr. Andrews himself following up on my post treatment status!

I cant even begin to tell you how much anxiety I had for my appointment today. I am so very glad that Dr. Andrew Keulbs just joined this practice. I had the pleasure of meeting him today for the 1st time. I just got an email about the new employees here and saw his face before my appointment and read his bio. It says he prioritizes patient comfort and let me tell you, that is an understatement. He was so attentive and accommodating from the moment I sat in the chair. He addressed every last one of my concerns and explained everything fully. This was probably the only time i have ever laughed at a dentist appointment. I went from being terrified today and literally trembling. To booking a follow up appointment tomorrow morning and legitimately being excited to go. Everyone here is amazing and I am so glad I chose them !!!
