Big Lots

I went to this Big Lots store after having a tough online experience, and the furniture workers, Tyler and manager, Angel were so incredibly helpful! They asked how they could help me, directed me to what I needed to do about an order, and helped me with my purchase in store. They were so kind and were so helpful! I am grateful for my experience!

This is a place that I shop at regularly. Their merchandise is well made for an excellent price. Especially at Christmas time, they offer such unique gifts for your family and friends that's hard to find anywhere else. They also sell some of the best known brands of furniture. So check them out for all of their bargains and lower prices.

I absolutely love this new location for Big Lots. However my one complaint is not enough staff for the size of the store. I waited a while before anyone could answer a question about a purchase of a portable fireplace. Then when the employee arrived they were rushing me with information to get me out the door.

I did take a look around the store and saw a lot of cottage farm items which are absolutely gorgeous for the pricing! They also had a lot of beautiful spiritual decor which is different and great to see. I ended up purchasing some beautiful pattern decor throw pillows and I already have received tons of compliments on. Please keep the variety coming in.

The store is clean, organized and priced extremely fair. The parking lot is big and it’s a private lot. Tons of parking space the inky thing that needs improvement is better customer service.

I love this big lots. It’s right by my house and always has great items for good prices. I also love the wide open parking lot view of the sky.

Always find what I didn't think I needed.

I had never been in BigLots I was amazed at how economical it was our service was great and we were in there for hours.

Love this location! Always clean and organized even during holiday rushes like today. Danielle is the best cashier also! So sweet and helpful. Also, I find they have better deals on holiday lights than Walmart or the hardware stores.

Great place, prices, and staffing. I love to return to see the NEW ITEMS. That's why I am here again.

I had the best experience at Big Lots today! Samantha was so nice and so helpful when choosing our recliner! The store was so nice and so clean! I will definitely be coming back!

We needed laundry detergent since his brother lives with us now. Big Lots has the best price for detergent in our area.
While hubby was in the store, he saw a great price on a frying pan, bought that as well. Then he passed the batteries, we need those, in the cart they went.
He went in to get two things, came out with a whole lot more. I love this man, he gets what we need.

Friendly folks and an easy shopping experience

Lots of great selections for summer and inside lighting decor. A lot of Easter decor and baskets. The gift wrap,cards and decorations and home decor is awesome

Lots of great prices on all items

I went into Big Lots today to pick up a few things and it was a great experience. Jordan & Angel were so helpful and I ended up with exactly what I went in for plus some (of course, always plus some lol). This is my favorite Big Lots location and although it can get busy I don’t mind waiting the couple of minutes...it’s worth it for the clean store, stocked shelves and helpful associates. When you have an awesome store everyone wants to go there...nothing wrong with that.

This was an amazing experience! Got a few things. My Big Lots Card wouldn't work right so, the cashier patiently tried all my numbers and info. After that didn't work, she set me up for a whole new card. Then she told me a could pick out a free DVD from a track, because I was using my card to pay! The deal of the week. So, she patiently waited till I chose one, and put me through. Then, having a nice conversation,a customer heard the contents and joined in. We weren't holding up traffic, there were plenty of employees tending to anybody else very quickly. I met these wonderful women in Big Lots, that I hope to meet and speak with again! The place is wonderful and so well organized and kept up! I love a friendly shopping store, can't wait to go back!!

I had an excellet experience at this location. Alexandria in the furniture department was most helpful and extremely knowledgable. She was patient and kind. I really appreciated that! Ms. Dee was also a hit! She checked us out towards the end of our spree. She was delightful and even asked if I was military to receive a discount. All around, my visit was pleasant. I will continue to shop at this location.

Very nice Big Lots with a helpful polite staff. They are well stocked with a lot of miscellaneous items at a sensible price. If you need or want it, they probably have it!

Store was clean and organized. However Big Lots in general needs to get stock to stores. I should not have to ask someone in another location to buy something advertised because it doesnt come in.
