Dollar General

I started working here because I always received such great customer service.. and I've never fallen in love faster! If you guys haven't visited us here on Dorchester Road then you're seriously missing out! Clean store, smiling faces, and a hunger to help- wow!

The manager here is always so accommodating and friendly. I will go out of my way to go to this location due to the friendliness from the employees. There was a older gentleman when I was visiting one day and the manager helped him get what he needed by walking him around the store. Don’t see that much these days so it was really awesome to see. Keep up the good work!

This location off of Dorchester road and Old Trolley Road in Summerville has everything I need and it's easy to shop! There are some great prices and unique items that I haven't seen in stock at the other locations. The girl, Kristy who was the only person working with no help was excellent at assisting everyone and handled the store with a professional and calm attitude. Every manager with Dollar General can learn a thing or two from her work ethic!

This is by far one of my favorite locations. The team is great! There is an associate named Amanda who the minutw I arrived she greTed me with a big Hi! She was so helpful and knowledgeable. The intire team is super!

The store was clean and well organized. It was easy to shop. The personnel was friendly and helpful.

My husband and I visit Dollar general quite often. They are all over the place so we have been to all of them in the Summerville area. They are not always the neatest places but they definitely have a lot to look at, buy, and and they have fair prices.

I love the Assistant Manager Amanda! She is so down to earth, we need more people like her!!! She is a hard worker and takes pride in her job!!!!!!!!!!!

They have really stepped up cleanliness and customer service. Everyone was smiling and offering assistance. The new manager is making a difference good to see.

So convenient! Great prices, great choices, seasonal items that go on clearance and you can get great deals, we easier than having a truck through Walmart for something but I only need a couple items.

Considering that I was trying to prepare for Hurricane Irma, which may be heading our way, ALL of the employees were > a million + %... Therefore, I think/feel it may be time for an increase in their pay

Always like walking through the store to see what they have that's new. I don't come often so I always seem to find something I need.i don't remember what I bought but I do remember getting what I went in for.
