I’ve been here a few times! I would avoid drive thru during the late evenings but coming to dine in at 12:30 wasn’t bad at all. I used the kiosk to order and my order came out in 5 mins. No complaints

Great fresh food. Fries and nuggets were pipping hot. Manager double checked my order with me asking. Everything was great. I get takeout through the kiosk inside. Drive through is always super busy.

2,000 times better and quicker than McDonalds 99.9% of the time. Staff is always super nice, which is rare in fast food. Manager apologized for it taking 2 or 3 minutes...to make fresh. Pfft, take that any day over waiting 15 min, server being snippy and getting cold and wrong food at other places.

Jane the manager was amazing .. cool under pressure… line wrapped around building and into the street.. then their machines went down because of a storm.. she did right by me… extremely good customer service.. food was terrific.. worth the wait.. love the bacon pretzel pub chz burgers..

While it took a bit longer than I was expecting the food was piping hot and make exactly the way we asked! The gentleman that took our order read everything back to us and even suggested a add on! Thanks for the outstanding service!

I had the harvest chicken salad with pomegranate balsamic dressing. I love this salad. My husband loves their chili and he had bacon cheddar fries. I wanted their Honest green tea, did not get to have that. He got him a frosty.
This Wendy's had a machine to order before going to the counter. On this machine, there wasn't an option to order the Honest green tea, which was why I didn't get the tea. I had to have sweet tea instead. Not sure I like the machine order or if I would have like to order with a person.
We got to pay at the machine. I really hope they decide to put the green tea on their order machine. I really would like to use this machine next time.

Tonight, April 17, 2022, we stopped at this Wendy's. I had an apple pecan salad, hubby had a number 1 single. He actually got hot fries something he usually doesn't get. Happy Easter to all my fellow commenters on Google maps.
October 31st, we stopped and got lunch, I had the apple pecan salad, hubby got a single #1. Happy Halloween to all who read my comments.

Went for two bacon and cheddar baked potatoes for lunch. They were excellent and the service was quick.

Staff pleasant. Food what you would expect. They did great with special orders. Kudos!

The GM there is a very nice professional lady. She has great employees that are hardworking and display great customer service. Every time I come there to pick up my mobile orders or to order food, my food is fresh, hot and they are very kind to me. I appreciate you all!!

I've always been able to depend on this place to be open most any time. During Covid19 and I was homeless too, they were always there. Thanks Again Wendys!!!!

Best!!! The whole shift should be praised. Gentlemen took my order, polite and well spoken. Food was fresh. My tomato and lettuce on my crispy chicken but was fresh!!! My back potato was AMAZING, I have not had a fresh potato from Wendys since I made it myself 7yrs ago. You guys REALLY made my night!!!

one of the best experiences I've had at a fast food place lately. my food was hot and delicious. the people working were very nice and friendly also. ill definitely be back

This location was super busy in drive-thru, so I went inside. There was no one in the restaurant and Santaja provided excellent customer service! My order was out in less than five minutes. Everything looked clean, the staff was respectful, and I was out the door in no time!

Went in with my grand daughter this evening. Didn't really have a lot of money to spend. But they made our experience wonderful. Made my grand daughter happy. And we still managed to get plenty to eat. Hope the young lady has an awesome first day back to school next week. Very friendly, great with recommendations, and had a very gracious personality. We will definitely come again.

went to the drive thru on Saturday and i was missing the 4 piece chicken nuggets on my 4 for 4 meal. I told Ryan About it and he made me feel very valued as a customer. After he fixed the mistake he smiled and apologized. Ryan was great and i had a much better experience here than in other fast food restaurants.

Now that the concrete barrier divides dorchester rd, some of these fast food places are going see a drop-off in drivethru customers. But hey that good for us. Since there will be shorter lines. I was at the Burger King and the line moved 2 cars in 6 minutes so I left. Came to Wendy's 3 cars in front of me took 2 minutes. Order was correct and food was hot
