The Humble Fork Kerrville

My daughter and I shared the avocado fries, beef tacos, and the chicken tortilla soup. The food was so warm and comforting. We loved that everything was fresh and prepared right when you order. It's a place that's hidden and easy to miss, but DON'T! It is one of out favorite places to eat!

Avocado fries are so Amazing we bought them 2 days in a row. Bacon wrapped pork chop with the southern comfort Demi glaze is fantastic!
Park tostadas, green enchiladas, crepes, and baked chicken are all excellent choices!
Desserts = best bread pudding and cream brûlée I’ve had in a long time! But that chocolate mousse was absolutely delicious!
Great family atmosphere here, too.

Everything here is apparently made from scratch so the wait was a little longer than usual, but it was totally worth it. I ate the fried steak and enjoyed every bite of it!!It was seasoned delightfully and the meat itself was quite moist. 10/10 would recommend

Magnificent! Delicacies with French and Mexican flavors!! Thanks to the owner and chef Patricia who is French and her husband from Mexico. We had crepes with shrimp and freshly made basil sauce, Tortilla soup, Creme Broule and Chocolate madness for deserts all paired with Glass of Pino Grigio and Irish coffee for desert, owners receipe! Really cool atmosphere! Awesome old building with lots of history and an owner who is happy to share it. Food and service was excellent as well. Highly recommend the avocado fries! yummy!

Great place to eat and experience some history. We had the Avocado Fries, Tortilla Soup and the Pulled Pork Tostadas. The bartender and the Cook were a delight to talk to. Definitely going back every chance we get!

Like many others have said, the avocado fries are absolutely fantastic! We also had enchiladas and they were equally delicious. Service was wonderful as well. We will definitely be back!

We have driven by this place multiple times...should have stopped here sooner. As we have to leave beautiful Kerrville..

Ordered Chicken Quesadillas, excellent. Not greasy, large slices of avocado, large pieces of chicken. Also had coffee...really good. Looking forward to going

Absolutely, incredible food!! I had the chicken fried steak, and it was easily the best one I have ever had. The seasoning of the batter was delicious, and it was very tender!! The menu lists it as Kobe beef. The creamed potatoes were also amazing. My son had a steak, which looked like it was prepared for a commercial photo shoot, and it was cooked perfectly.
This was our first visit and a pleasantly surprising one. I would definitely recommend it!!!

Best Margaritas in town! They use fresh squeezed limes and tequila from their full bar. I came here for my birthday with my boyfriend and I'm glad I did. If you want a delicious drink that gets the job done, this is the place to go!

Driving through Kerrville with Texas Cedar Fever, we stopped here for soup and I'm so happy we did!! 🤤🤤Valerie fixed my poor husband right up with green tea and honey and spicy chicken tortilla soup🌶 . I had the creamy tomato bisque, chicken crepes smothered in creamy poblano sauce, and a large beautiful glass of Pedernales Tempranillo 🍷And my kid? Well of course she only wanted French fries, which did not disappoint. Perfectly seasoned and served in a cute cup with a tiny cute cup of ketchup for her. Everything we had was delicious, the service was outstanding and the prices were very good. Pricing ranged from $ to $$, so you can spend a little or a lot and either way leave with a happy tummy. 🥰I got the cinnamon roll bread pudding to go, which I'm too full to eat but somehow this review is being typed with sticky fingers ‍🤷🏻‍♀🥮We'll definitely be back!!

Really great food and cute decor. They staff were nice and we will have to be back for another try. We.had breakfast and the food was pretty good.

We went outside of the rush hour. I got the Chicken fried steak which was amazing, loved the breading on the steak. Highly recommend it if you and a significant other want to have a great meal and atmosphere where you are not screaming at each other to hear one another. Will visit again.

Relaxing place to eat. Atmosphere is casual. Will be back again

Went back the next night for Filet Mignon. Four of us had it and let me say it was done perfectly for each one of our preferences. Good quality cut of Filet. Service was great!

Sunday afternoon we went back again for brunch. Had their burgers. Again excellent. We come to Kerrville every year about this time. Next year for sure we will be back!

Sunday Brunch was quite the meal, and so satisfying, and the Bloody Mary was a great accompaniment to the Eggs Benedict.
Our very special server Mia was so attentive, and such joy to visit with.
She truly made our morning with the warmth and smiles!

Celebrated my birthday this past June at The Humble Fork. Staff is amazing and owners are so loving. Thank you Patty for making my birthday absolutely remarkable. Drove from San Antonio to Kerrville. Also, try everything! Avocado fries where sssooooooo good!! Looking forward to my next visit in a few months.

Great tasting food!!! Must try if you’re in Kerrville or passing by. Avocado fries are an excellent starter. THF burger was one of best burgers I had. I also tried the Chicken fried steak and was very tender. Awesome place, great scenery, I will definitely come back to Kerrville to eat dine here!

Awesome food and service! The avocado fries were delicious and the mahi mahi fish was one of the best I’ve had in a while. We celebrated my sisters birthday here and the setting was perfect for our group.
