For a small version of JCPenney, I was able to find what I was looking for and the process of applying for a card with them was super easy and smooth. The staff were nice and helpful with the process. Glad I came here today!

Melissa vela, the new beauty store manger. She's very professional, sweet, and knows her stuff. .. the previous manger Melissa Allen, has completely lost her mind. I need to add, that Melissa Allen has never met Melissa vela, a day in her life. So attacking her the way she did, is just so confusing. Melissa Allen has been banned from jcp Kerrville. She verbally attacked ms vela and our sales floor manager..it was all captured on camera..its what helped us remove her indefinitely. why she would do this on camera and then proceed to make a paragraph long lie. Is beyond crazy.
So if you're a makeup lover, go see ms vela. You will not leave disappointed.

It surprises me that JC Penney continues to stay in business. I had been primarily been going to the hair salon but a friend had an interesting bird jacket that I had hoped to acquire but they no longer had any.The personnel were friendly and helpful.

Not sure why miss charlotte has a bad review on her but she has done nothing but satisfy me with the services and go above and beyond for me she is a wonderful woman and sounds like this lady is trying to be entitled for some reason and sounds like she was fired from the facility it sounds like harassment to me because all she did was go above and beyond for anyone

There's a gentleman by the name of Troy who assists in the shoe dept. He is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Always with a smile and ready to help. Great listener too. If he ever leaves, he will be terribly missed. It's impossible to find such dedication to people and commitment to work. Surprised he's not store supervisor.

It's a place that is really great if you need to find the right clothes for your kid or even clothes for the Moms and dads or Anybody Jc penny's is the best for a lot of things when it comes to finding the best options for clothes and Shoes

Found everything I needed (straight leg pants, thigh high hise, thin ankle socks, etc) and couldn't find anywhere else. Customer service was cheerful and efficient. And most stuff was on sale! Will drive from FBG to shop here now.

I had the pleasure of having store associate, Michele assist me, with a last min online purchase. Store # 1048, in Kerrville, TX. This young lady went above and beyond to assist me. (I happened to walk up to her as she was busy putting out or changing merchandise, and she was gracious enough to stop what she was doing to help me). I explained my frustation with a previous strained phone conversation, with an "international" costomer service rep. The language barrier was difficult, they couldn't understand my english and their broken
english was extremely difficult to understand. But, back to Michele, she was pleasant, curteous and extremely helpful. These are the staff who need to be acknowledged and rewarded...Staff, like Michele make people want to shop at JCP. Much appreciation to Michele for lending an ear and following it up with assisting yo make sure my transaction was successful!

The selection of clothes here is amazing! I absolutely love shopping here. One thing I will note though, sometimes it is a little difficult to find help finding something, but I'm not the type that likes sales associates hovering around me when I shop. However, when you find someone, they're always nice.
