Rude redheaded lady!!!!!
I was getting fuel for my truck and 15 gal portable tank. While getting diesel in my truck it stopped at $100. I had to use credit card again to finish filling tank. I then had to swipe again to fill portable tank with super unleashed. The card was declined, said see cashier. I locked my truck and went inside. I told the young cashier that my card was declined and it said to see you, the cashier. She ask which pump and I couldn't see which one I was parked at. I finally saw which one. She asked how much did I want to place on card. I threw my credit card on the counter and ask her how much super unleashed was at 14 gallons. The redheaded cashier came over to the cashier I was talking to and said we don't figure that out. She said I threw my credit card at the other cashier. Didn't happen! Look at your camera. I proceeded to tell them that wasn't what I did and I was going to take my business elsewhere. I will never use this establishment ever again.
Why can't you leave your credit card with cashier until your finish filling up?
If you do use this establishment, avoid Red?

The redhead with all the tattoos. The one that is always outside smoking ( smoking at a gas station 🤷) is very rude. She once told me she was the manager. I will not go back until she is no longer working there.

Customer service sucks went in to get a milkshake, and it came out as a water shake. I went up to the cash register and I ask the woman employee in the front if I could throw this away and I don't have to pay for it because the machine is broken, but no one clearly put tape on it or caution tape like every other thing has, and she was very rude and made me never want to come back ever again

I Purchased a monthly car wash pass at this location. 60 to 70% of the time when I go there the car wash is non-operational.

The last time I went in I Purchased some refills for my e-cigarette. Along with some other items they were put the bag and I never saw that the clerk had given me the wrong kind. When I went back into exchange them the man at the counter told me there were no exchanges. I reminded him that I just bought them and that I shop there all the time and he knows me and he knows this is not the kind that I usually get. He just smiled shrugged her shoulders start to walk back towards the back area and said there’s no exceptions.

I have begun shopping at the other location. It’s a little bit longer drive for me as I live right behind this location. However I don’t get frustrated with the car wash not working although the car wash at the other location isn’t as good as the one at this one

RIP OFF! Went thru the new car wash, used my card and no car wash. I got no receipt, nothing happened. I went back thru the wash, used my card again, got a receipt and car wash without a problem.

Checked my bank statement that nite, and had two charges showing for the wash. Went back the next day and was told to come back on Memorial Day to speak with the manager. Couldn't come back on Monday. I went back Tuesday and was told with no receipt, no refund. I was told I should have come in the Friday before. The manager even refused to give me a free car wash for the first one for which I did not know I was billed and did not get a receipt. RIP OFF! THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE....

They sent me away with my international license I will never come to this gas station any more rude staff they won't accept my international license she said corporate ssaidso for me to leave..very rude.....but yet the young blonde lady is too busy talking about how high she is with some random guy standing there gross.

Location is super unprofessional and very rude I walked in there with a mexicol license and my passport and they would not allow me to buy any alcohol beverages there very racist I will definitely never never ever come to this location again not only have a lost my business but 5 other families businesses because they all have also visas and Mexico license will never return hear again they should check their professionalism in customer service horrible.

Every time I come in for "Sweet Tea" its not sweetened. Card machines on pumps don't work either.
