I had a set of BF Goodrich AT KO2 tires that all four started having torsion tears from the sidewall tread into the sidewall. The tears were so deep that you could see the stitching and inner liner. Michelin was only offering $66 warranty for tires that only had 30000 miles and 9/32 of tread. Pathetic warranty offer! Discount tire gave made a much better offer. For less than a $1000 I got 4 new BFG KO2 with their warranty. Fast friendly service! My tire store from now on.

These guys did a great job, we had a blowout coming into town. These guys were able to turn around in a few hours get us worked in and replace my tires and put us back on the road! Wonderful crew, Alex and his group should be proud of their work.

Outstanding tire service company. Checked our tires FREE...found a screw in one of my tires. I made an appointment to repair the tire and after the job was done thanked me for coming in and sent me on my way FREE. I would definetely return for any tire repair or purchase. They deserve way more than five stars! I’ve been here for every flat and damaged wheel and i couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. This last time in particular really stood out, I had my baby with me they went out of their way to help me out, holding the door, meeting me outside, and being unbelievably kind. They’re so honest and amazing- they take care of their customers and make them feel like family! I’ll never go anywhere else, I love them!

I’ve been using discount tire for about 20 years ,each place that I moved, JT at this location goes above and beyond helping his customers and can whistle to a song really well lol God bless him!

I went in after damaging a tire, and they were very up front about a 2 hour wait, which turned out to be less than 1 hour. John, Alex, and all the team were polite, professional and helpful. I'll keep coming back!

Came in with a flat tire with groceries from HEB. The service was unbelievable. They kept my groceries refrigerated on site until my flat was repared to avoid spoilage. Way to go! Flat fixed and food saved all with no charge. So thankful

I would not buy my tires anywhere but discount tire. They fixed my tire with no charge. They are always courteous and professional.

I was upset at 1st , with 1 of the associates that was less than compassionate about my situation, I spoke to 1 of the mgmt team personnel and they were very apologetic and very helpful..I left there feeling heard and understood and valued .. I will be back.

Came in on a Friday after 330 pm with an emergency after a flat tire on the highway. They jumped right on it and worked diligently to get us back operational and back on the road by 5! Jam up shop hands!

I bought my tires in advance online and set up an appointment for when I would be in town next (I live about 6 hours north).

Got there a bit earlier than my 8:45 appointment, was taken care courteously and promptly. I waited about 45 minutes and they had my truck back to me with all new tires, which all turned out to be perfectly balanced.

Watching the team of employees there was impressive. Courteous, professional and efficient - it was a refreshing change to the level of service offered by many other businesses.

So, why buy tires so far from where I live? Well, several months ago, my wife stopped in to see if they could fix a flat we suffered on our trip down the previous day. They fixed the flat, put the repaired tire back on and remounted the spare. And they wouldn't take any money for all that. Can't beat that. So, the wife sent the shop a bunch of pizzas...

So, yeah, I'll be using these guys as long as long as they keep up the great work!

No matter which store I go to from Portland OR, to Texas, and Florida, the service is excellent and exceptional. This time, our TPMS light came on and our passenger tire was low. Arrived 3 min before they closed. No problem. They took care of it.
