Stopping by in Kerrville, saw chili's by the river, caught my eye. Great Scenery and great food! Love the vibe here, everyone is so friendly and recieved great customer service 👌.

Started our visit with a new server that left us waiting for 20 mins for just our drinks but Hannah, another server not assigned to our table, stepped up and was amazing! I wish the new server all the best and know she'll get better with time but Hannah, you saved the meal for us! Thanks so much

I enjoyed a great experience with my Veteran brothers and sisters on Veterans day. Chili's was very generous with us. Great!

We are from out of town and stopped by this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon after nearly a 2 year hiatus. The restaurant was not busy. We ordered our previous favorites, the California Club sandwich for $9.49 and the Santa Fe grilled chicken salad for $10.59. The salad was good but if you were a hungry eater it might not be enough. The club sandwich was big and excellent as were the crispy fries that came with it. Our waiter was Chris who was very knowledgeable, exuberant and aimed to please. They're also provided a 10% discount for seniors 55 and over after we asked him about it. Good overall experience.

Normally I don’t review national chains as everyone typically knows what to expect...but when I was in town and looking for a place to watch our national team play n the Women’s World Cup, I was told that this was a good place to watch and have a drink. Was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed the great bar service and friendly bartender, Anthony, who really made a guy from out of town feel right at home.

Two friends and I had a great time enjoying good food and good times! Whether to keep up with the games or just relax with the family, this is our go-to place!

Great food, good service. Steak was a bit overcooked but still fairly rare. My mom loved her Margarita Grilled Chicken, and the chips and salsa were great.

The nachos were very Chripy...they left off the peppers for me..my mom didn't eat hers said they were way to hot!

Service is always great. Atmosphere is always nice. Food is good. They've had some menu changes. I loved getting the Cajun chicken from the 3 for ten deals but they only have the Cajun shrimp on there now. They have taken a couple things off the menu which was my favorite spot to order from.

Placed 2 big orders for a special event over Spring Break week, and everything came out wonderful! With such big orders and specific timing needed, I was afraid something could go wrong - but both were perfect, hot and ready for me to pick up at the exact time. Thank you!

Best service in a while. The server Alvin is the best. Never have to wait forever to get drinks or food. Always makes great conversation!

This Chili's in Kerrville has a different atmosphere than many others that I have been to. I like the outside area especially since it's not right next to the road or traffic. Plus we had great service.

Huge portions and watch out for the chips and salsa because when your entree arrives you may not be able to eat the whole thing. We had to wait but sitting outside in the shade was pleasant. We were seated fairly promptly and the wait staff were all excellent. Had a nice meal and a good time except the place was a bit cooler than we prefer. Take a light sweater or jacket just in case.

Seated quickly on a Friday night, really nice service. Ordered the salmon. A little overcooked but not bad, spices were really tasty. Kerrville Chili's is always a good place to visit.

We're locals and come here often. Food, service and atmosphere has always been good here every time we visit. Probably the best Chili's I've ever been to. Great location on the river.

Caleb did a great job I will definitely be back it was very busy but he took care of us from start to finish
